  Setting is stunning and could not have been looked after more.

  This was exactly as I hoped it would be and more. The setting is stunning with 360 views that make you want not want to leave. The rooms and bathrooms are huge and beautifully designed with brand new showers and baths. We were really looked after, driven to and from Shuishe Lake, which was 10 mins away. The owner genuinely cared about her guests and went out of her way to ensure we were happy. It was special and we would definitely stay again. It would be even better if Bliss opened a small restaurant or bar as the setting is so perfect.

  Beautiful beautiful place. Almost like living with your own park.

  My family were staying in the family room. It was huge and nicely furnished. The room had floor to ceiling glass panels with gorgeous views of the mountains. The compound around the inn is like a small park with small paths surrounded by trees and flowers.

  Pure Bliss.

  Bliss Hotel is a truly beautiful hotel, set in a gorgeous location, with the most wonderful host. The hotel is a ten minute drive from the lake, but the hotel owner (Sophie) was always available to pick me up and drop me off. The hotel is stunning. The bedrooms are massive and beautifully decorated, as are the bathrooms. My room also had a huge balcony with a double sun lounger, table & chairs. I had the option of having breakfast in my room, or the breakfast room. Speaking of breakfast, it was a feast! There was enough to feed a small army, and I most certainly gave it a good go! The whole hotel exudes elegance and charm, as does the owner. After cycling around Sun Moon Lake, Sophie gave me some gorgeous bath bombs to help soothe my aching muscles. When I mentioned in conversation that I liked certain foods - they appeared on my plate the next morning at breakfast. Sophie really cares about her customers, and she goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is exceptional. She is a lovely lady and it was a real pleasure to meet her. Bliss Hotel is one of my favourite hotels Ive had the good fortune to stay in. My only regret is that I didnt get the chance to stay for longer. If I ever return to SML I would book here again in a heartbeat.

  Wonderful stay

  Beautiful Minsu! We stayed at the 4pax room on the 3rd floor. There is a lift so don't worry about lugging your luggages up. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom was huge and bath tub could easily fit 2pax, overlooking the mountains. Breakfast was a feast with porridge, toast, assorted side dishes cooked by the owner. Owner was very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely come back again if I visit sun moon lake :)

  Beautiful hotel with fantastic view over the mountains, excellent hospitality and great breakfast.

  We can highly recommend this beautiful hotel. Great view over the mountains, very tasteful decorated room with large windows and big balcony. The owner and personnel are super friendly and helpful. They brought us to a local restaurant and picked us up from the station, just to mention a few examples. Breakfast very tasteful (fresh fruit, good cappuccino, etc) and with great variety during our 3 day stay.
