  Good hotel

  Location is great. It's in the center of the village. So everything is reachable within a walking distance. It's a clean & good hotel. Not very big. Rooms are good & clean. Service is good. Spa is small but not bad. It has hot thermal water small pool. When u want to have a good massage ask for "nermin". She is amazingly healing. Breakfast is standard & basic.

  There are many things need to be fixed if you stay more than 1 night!

  me, mom and my 3 years old daughter stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. First of all , hotels seems nice, not old and enough for weekend vacations. But if you stay more than 1 or 2 nights, you can come accross many glaring negativities such as; 1-) There is a kid pool which is 40 degree , impossible to swim a kid. When I inform the authorities about this they say nothing to do! 2-) If you late to breakfast like 30 mins, there is no table to sit and you have to wait until the turn. I waited 15 mins one morning. 3-) if you late to breakfast , some of the food is finished and you have to ask to kitchen again you waiting. 4-) breakfast is very poor, its not like 4 star hotel standard. it is like 2-3 star hotel standard. there is no variety, simply, there was no nuts. 5-) dinner was delicious but again if your late to dinner. you cannot find salad bowl. waiter says all is dirty. 6-) the capacity of the restaurant not designed for the capacity of the accomodation in hotel. its obviosly very small. 7-) We stayed in suit room, room is large and confortable but, carpet was dirty. 8-)there is a outdoor roof pool, hotel worker told there is also kid poor there. we saw that, its is not kid pool its a jacuzzi an cold. Hotel authority offers that small cold jacuzzi like a kid pool. 9-) second day of the stay, cleaning staff didnt clean the room. Althought we inform them, they didint come to room and we asked for clean towel etc.. Cleaning staff not doing their job. 10-) and when check out the hotel, I wanted to have invoice. attendant created the invoice but it was wrong, I asked her to change and she didnt. 11-) when you at the spa, pool cleaning staff cleaning the wc and rooms with chemical thing. and its 35 degree inside. this chemical cleaning smells to much and I feel uncomfortable. I told the staff not to clean when people here. But she says she have to. and 3 days she did the same thing althouht I warn her. except those above, location is good,it is in center of termal. Very near to restaurants. adult women poor is nice, big enough and clean.

  Stay away from this place!

  I dont know where should I start; - next to the hotel there is a construction going on and hence non-stop noise, this is supposed to be a relaxing thermal hotel, -the hotel has an awkward car parking lot on the other side of the road, and although there are spots available the vallet guy terrorizes you to hand him the car keys, - the receptionist asks for an immediate payment for the whole stay during check-in and confiscate ID cards until the guests check-out, - room service does not clean the rooms until check-out (We stayed for 3 nights with no cleaning and replacement of towels. Each time we needed fresh towels we had to call the reception), - no air conditioning in the rooms. Guests are to call the reception and beg the receptionist a couple of times to turn on the central air conditioning, with no success of course, - the spa and pools are cleaned with bleaches and other toxic detergents while the guests are using the facilities, and it is inevitable not to inhale them with the steamy air, - the staff is unprofessional, very rude and most of them are foreigners with language barrier, -the food is below the average with very few options although advertised as open buffet menu, -there are no water dispensers and guests need to pay handsome amounts for water- no water bottles in the rooms either, - advertised as a non-smoking hotel but guests are smoking everywhere, -some of room balcony doors are broken, noise and cold air comes through from the openings ( I called the receptin, they sent a technician who nailed the window frame temporarily with a screwdriver!), -the rooms are over-heated and beds and pillows are very uncomfortable, -there is no refreshment area apart from a few chairs placed in the lobby, however cold air coming each time the main door is opened, and last but not the least, it is a very noisy hotel, doors are being slammed, people shouting, children crying...I guess it is mainly because the walls are thinner than usual. I will never ever again stay in this hotel and advise you to find another hotel in the vicinity. Terrible!

  I like this hotel very clean, the service and facilities very nice and excellent... its very interested and so crazy to swim in outside pool when its snowing in hut water The dinner not special but good instead of everything its beautiful

  Nice service

  Asked receptionist to order cake for Mom's birthday, but there was something wrong with the payment process, and receptionist Melih decided to pay from his own pocket. The amount was not too much, but it was very pleasure! Wish him everything best!
