  Great Ouray location, but could improve

  We stayed here for three nights and overall had a nice stay. Pros included great location that's an easy walk to Ouray's main street, wildlife (we saw deer in the morning and hummingbirds frequent the patio), a happy hour, impeccably clean, friendly hosts, and a delicious breakfast. Cons included an extremely warm room (we were first floor and even at night with the blinds fully open, a fan and the screen, it was still very warm), screen door didn't lock, breakfast was served at 9am which hinders morning exploring if you like to get out before crowds (we only took advantage of one breakfast the whole stay as a result), and hosts didn't wear masks.

  Hope to be back soon!

  Spent one night here in August and hope to return again for a longer stay in the future! Tom and Cindy who are the hosts, make you feel welcome from the time you arrive until your heading home. The location is very convenient as you can walk down to the river or into town with both being about the same time. Our room was very comfortable with access from the porch and interior of the house. There is a free happy hour provided along with musical entertainment from the very talented owner Tom. We didn't get to have the hot breakfast as we left early, but the continental breakfast was plenty and amazing!

  Great B&B in Ouray, great location to Main Street

  We stayed here during recent visit to Ouray. Our room was clean and cozy and breakfast was excellent. Hosts Tom and Cyndi are warm and welcoming and even provide a complimentary happy hour every afternoon complete with musical entertainment. One thing to keep in mind- rooms can get pretty warm. A fan was provided which did help. Overall, we would definitely stay here again when traveling to Ouray.

  Wonderful B&B and awesome hosts

  Just stayed 3 nights and it was wonderful. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything one would need. Air conditioning was just put in which is a nice feature. The hosts, Tom and Cindy couldnt be nicer and was most accommodating. We have stayed at a few B&Bs and this one rates with the best. Delicious breakfast and an added bonus, happy hour and live music. So relaxing and fun! Great location by the river and close to Main Street. We will be back! Thanks for your hospitality!

  Join the Family

  Tom and Cindy do something remarkable at their B&B; they create a community. From their generous happy hour, to the great outdoor seating areas, to breakfast at 9, by the time we left after just 2 nights we felt like we had a whole new extended family. The location is great- you can walk everywhere in Ouray, including the trailheads. Great choice when visiting this beautiful area.
