  Just a budget hotel

  We stayed for 3 days, 2 nights. Requested for iron and board from the 1st day we checked in we only got it at night on the 2nd day of our stay, which left us with no choice but to wear crumpled clothes out. And for those taking the room with breakfast please come for breakfast early, they told us the breakfast was from 6-10am but at 9am they started closing the buffet already and what was left was just left overs. They many staffs but all was gathering in the kitchen, no one clean the tables. We just stacked up our plates on the table including the previous guest plates. Ok now about the room, it wasn't properly cleaned as when we checked-in our room we found pills on the floor not one but a few and also under the bed. The bedsheets have some stains on it.. And to my surprise on our 2nd day of the stay, while we were out the housekeeping staffs entered our room to clean, we didn't even put any signage to request for cleaning or even call to request for housekeeping. They entered without our knowledge! So please do not leave your valuables in the room. (I'm Hinting already) Ok now goes to the wifi, it really Sucks big time, so be prepared to get a batam sim card. For the location wise, can't deny that the location was good, near to diamond city shopping ctr which is walking distance from the hotel, Nagoya hill plaza was nearby..too.. Now all was told, leaving it to you to decide ya...

  Nice Hotel

  Biz hotel provide a good experience to the guest. Food selections during breakfast was quite good. The pool should needs renovation as the size is very small, even for the kids. Lola at the reception is always smile.

  Biz hotel Nagoya

  Stayed 3 nights there with my family. Nice cozy hotel with warm friendly staff and good breakfast. Good location near lots of eateries and transport provided to Nagoya Hills mall, BCS and grand mall. Good value for money.

  Opposite side of the scale, compared to GGi.

  Lovely, friendly, attractive, polite staff. Tiny gym, with one item broke: reported. Beautiful breakfast, on the rooftop, next to the pool(which is sparkling clean). Beautiful views, especially at night. No muesli or oats, but other cereals, and sliced fruit on display. Free wi-fi everywhere. Very clean everywhere. Night foodcourt across the road. Mall within walking distance. One can see it from the rooftop. Live music not far away.

  Strategic place to enjoy complete business staycation in town

  I attend a training session held in Biz Hotel from 22-27 February 2021. This was my first time in this hotel. I stayed from 24-27/Feb (4D 3N) in Room 708, superior room with twin single bed for 2 pax. First impression was good, clean, continously maintained. All furnitures, bed, curtain were clean. There is saving box (which not working) but it does not matter. I can see straight to Four Season Hotel, Jodoh. I observed this hotel using famous name for the functions room... unique ! We had breakfast on the 11th floor, which is very good place especially at night where we can enjoy perfect view of Nagoya-Jodoh area. Foods served simple, but tasty (Coffee, tea, eggs, and toast etc) This is the strong point. The hotel located just in front of Nagoya Food court, and it's another strong point. During the pandemi, I am sure the hotel also suffering with room occupation issue, but i notice all the staff are kind, polite, and friendly... The receptionist (cute, average height female with glasses), and On Job Training high school student, Maria (from Flores) at 11th floor were also communicative and nice. Continue your overall good working...!
