Brilliant HotelIm not going to gripe because the hotel and staff couldnt do enough for you,the food was great and the drink and service was outstanding. Im just going to make a few suggestions which would have given them an excellent rather than a very good. 1. Is the hotel needs entertainment at night this would make people pay for drink after the 11pm All inclusive deadline and make the hotel some extra money. 2. English TV would be good with a movie channel you can watch before sleep or when your washed out from the heat. 3. The sun beds need a mattress, omg Im gunna need to visit a chiropractor when I get back to sort my back out. Without a doubt the most uncomfortable sun beds Ive ever laid on. 4. Food times: Breakfast finishes at 11 then Snack Bar 12:30-3pm with ice cream 12:30-2pm, then a 4 hour gap with nothing to eat until Dinner 7:30pm. This is a long time without food? But dont let it put you off the Food, Drink, Pools and all the Staff were Brilliant and couldnt do enough for you!!

Good Hotel, Lovely StaffAll in all this is a good hotel with great staff, I would have no problem going back Good things are: -Great staff who are helpful and friendly -Good pools that are clean and well maintained -Long mealtimes with breakfast, late breakfast, snacktime, lunch, coffee & cake time then dinner -A wide range of food at main mealtimes typical of a Turkish all inclusive (e.g 1 option cooked in front of you, 4 or 5 hot choices + soup + salads + dessert + fruit) -Good basic air condtioned rooms with daily room cleaning -Good location for Bitez Beach front Things that could gave been better: -Food dishes labelling is sporadic, a bit disconcerting if you like to know what you are getting, fun if you like a mix and match approach -The sunbeds were getting a little tired end of season with a couple broken. -Providing sunbed cushions would make such a difference

GREAT HOTELJust returned from two weeks at this hotel and had a great time. The hotel is more like a series of two floor apartment blocks spread out between two pools and two bars with a snack bar and a restaurant. The rooms are fairly small and could do with a little tlc in places but was kept very clean throughout our stay. We had clean towels nearly every and and the sheets were changed regularly. The public areas were kept very clean, both pools and bar areas were also very clean as was the restaurant. We had some people we got friendly with saying the food was rubbish but I beg to differ it is very Turkish which is what we like, it was plentiful freshly cooked with a good choice at every sitting there was always something you could eat in fact at the end of our stay we felt we had eaten far too much. The beach is very close by and the bus stop is right outside the hotel. There is no entertainment but you are able to use the facilities at the Amborsia hotel at the end of the road where there is sport tv and cabaret every night. The staff at the Paloma Family Club all work very hard and are always smiling they realy make you feel welcome thank you to everyone for a great holiday. To sum up we would come back again for sure it was a cheap two weeks away in the sun and totally relaxing

Loved it last year going backFirst time in Turkey and we got a gem of place. It's nice and closed in with two polols not to crowded. Food was ok you just have to try something new and plenty of choice. Last day was chicken kebab loved it. Our air conditioning packed up the second night the day after man came round fixxed. The bar staff once they know what you drink it will be ready and waiting at the bar as soon as they see you. Really nice staff it was a relaxing week Going back to the Paloma in July 20 after trying another hotel in Gunbit (bad choice) so going back to what we know we going to love and this time taking the kids with us (18 and 21 if you can call them kids) Bitez beach is just so quiet the see flat calm as it in a bay. Beer and food brought to your sun bed at a cost. The bar staff keep all the traders away you just don't get any hassle

HolidayMy family of 7 plus a toddler stayed here for 2 weeks. Its a lovely open little complex with a restaurant 2 bars & 2 pools with toddler Pools. It was only minutes from the beach & a bus stopped outside if you wanted to visit Gumbet Bodrum or Turgetreis. Taxis were very cheap & came as soon as reception ordered them. There were also a few small supermarkets nearby & little shops but many bars & restaurants on the front. The complex was well staffed by mostly very friendly & attentive young people who changed your linen & cleaned your rooms regularly. The food was good - mostly Turkish influenced but we could eat well except for 2 of our party who really struggled without English food. However there was always plenty of bread fruit cheese & desserts to fill up on. The bar was well stocked with mostly local brands but we felt they were as good as most well known brands. The only downside was occasional noisy guests twice during the night but often late afternoon. Very difficult for the bar staff to deal with but we never saw any abusive behaviour just drink fuelled boisterous adults. (Not youngsters & not English). It is a family club & lives up to its name. We loved the staff so polite & helpful.
