  Nice place, terrible service, owner narrow minded so RUDE.

  The place is really good, no question about it. Only the service is really terrible. Basically the workers sit all day long just watching TV. When you order something in the menu, it is always unavailable. They served unbranded bacon and concentrated juice. They put too much chlorine in the pool which you can not see the bottom anymore and nobody can swim for two weeks. The laundry cost a hundred per kilo, of course they are ripping off the guests. But what is more disgusting is the owner, She is a very low class, ill mannered, unresponsive to the complaint in which she should provide service. She's putting all the blame to my girlfriend just because I complained about the poor service. All of a sudden she increases the price when I already paid for a month. She needs a little education and a common sense.

  Only Drinks

  Came upon Bita Ug on a bike ride from Alona Beach, after a 30 minute ride drinks were needed. The staff were having what appeared to be a break when we sat down. I stood at the bar and they ignored me until I asked if anyone could serve. Reluctantly one of them got us two beers, we were going to try and have lunch here but thought better of it. Good luck if you decide to stay here!!

  Bitaug Resort - One of my favorite places to treat myself.

  One of my favorite place in Panglao.. Peaceful, fresh air and affordable. I'll be there in few months for another exciting countryside tour with the help of my friends in Bohol Bisita Espesyal Tours and Transport.

  Resort is o.k., staff less than poor.

  We understood, that this resort will have a new owner soon. That seems like a good idea. It looks cozy, but the atmosphere is totally lacking. Hardly guests; the lights in the bar/restaurant is on just after complete darkness; in the refrigerator of the bar were only 2 bottles of beer and cola in stock. A room with aircon starts at 2,200 Php and is too expensive for what you get. No breakfast included. The size of the pool? Not more than 4 children.

  If you book at this hotel, double check

  Months ago my boyfriend booked a room for us for 5 days, unfortunately few weeks before we arrive in Bohol we can't contact the resort anymore. But still we went there to see and the staff said that the owner already cancelled it or rent to some Koreans and renovation is ongoing. To our dismay we told them why they didn't inform booking sites like expedia, agoda etc. Because booking are still available in this sites.
