  Todo perfecto. Buena ubicación a 10 minutos andando al old town. Silencioso. Habitación buena. Staff maravilloso y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Desayuno bien... Pagas lo q obtienes. Ahh. Además tiene parking gratuito para los clientes.

  Excellent hotel, friendly staff

  An excellent hotel conveniently located for exploring an incredible city. The rooms were clean, modern and really comfortable. Staff were were great and breakfast was nice and varied. I'd recommend starting your trip to Sarajevo with a guided walk by Neno and friends who will meet you at the hotel.

  Comfortable and convenient

  I would recommend staying at this hotel. It is smaller, which means that you don't get lost in a big business hotel. It is a quick 5 minute walk downhill to the historic part of town with loads of tourist shops and restaurants. I agree with the comment below to ask for a room that doesn't back to the rear street (it is quite noisy early in the morning).

  Walking distance from center + garage

  Hotel walking distance from center with garage that represents a big plus visiting Sarajevo. Together with the garage that is definitively the biggest plus. Room assigned small without possibility to open window being claustrophobic Being so close to center is a good choice for a short stay to visit Sarajevo. Breakfast very good and rich with several local delicious products. Staff very kind and professional

  No elevator

  I stayed two nights in this hotel. I asked for 2 connecting rooms because I have kids. What I got is one room and hall with 2 sofas, opened like beds, which was a nightmare for my kids sleeping on a sofas with bending necks. Upon arrival, waited few minutes till someone arrived to the reception. No elevator, so have to carry our bags. Thanks for receptionist for helping us in that. Ordinary breakfast. Hotel is few minuets from Miljacka River where you cross it to the old city. Second day and after our tour end, we noticed that room was not cleaned other than changing towels. Bathroom with No soap and No tissue. I approached the receptionist and she brought me tissue and soap, because the clean lady is free... wow... a 4 star hotel with nobody to clean the rooms. Upon my early checkout, I asked for early breakfast, and it was done.
