  Le falta para4 estrellas !!!

  Llegamos con una reserva de hoteles.com y no estaba ya que lo hacen a través de Expedia. Por suerte la persona que atendía a la noche fue muy amable y nos ubicó igual en un apartamento con 2 habitaciones equipadas hasta que alndia siguiente llego la reserva, pero la cama parecía un sonajero deberían cambiarla y el desayuno es muy repetitivo pero con poca variedad y de calidad media para abajo. Su personal de 10, el hotel deja mucho que desear X su precio calidad.

  Bio Suites Hotel

  We recently arrived back from our 10 night holiday at the Bio Suites Hotel, Rethymno. The hotel and the area is absolutely beautiful, and the recently renovated hotel rooms are very modern, stylish and comfortable. Its also very handy having a small kitchenette which we had in our one bedroom apartment. We also had a fantastic view of the pool from our balcony, which looks especially nice at night time with modern lighting. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and at dinner time the kitchen staff and chef were very accommodating to one of us needing gluten free food and prepared us gluten free pizza and pasta especially (which was delicious!). There was also a good selection of gluten free food on the pool bar menu. The location is good, its very close to the beach and several supermarkets, and is only a short walk to the old town and harbour. Also, if youre fond of cats, there is plenty of them in the area. Regarding COVID-19, the hotel dealt with this well, with staff wearing masks at all times and social distancing was in place throughout the hotel, as well as frequent cleaning of all areas including sunbeds and tables. Thank you for a lovely and safe holiday, we will definitely return to Bio Suites in the future.

  Beautiful

  Lovely hotel! Nothing bad to say about it and they did their best to keep things flowing despite Covid. Staff were so lovely and helpful. We were half board and the breakfasts and dinners were very nice. Lunchtime cafe on site was very well priced and huge portions. Would 100% recommend.

  August 2020 visit

  We visited as a family in August and were originally worried about the current situation with COVID 19 but this hotel has handled it great. Sanitising stations all around the hotel, staff wearing masks, sun beds cleaned between people and separated to the correct distance. At meal times it is the usual buffet however the staff serve you and you tell them what you want, this seemed to work well however there were a few guests who didnt keep their distance and when there was clearly a queue came right up to the front to see what was there when they should have waited. This is obviously no fault of the hotel whatsoever and more so a fault of the guests, maybe a one way system at meal times where you cant get to the counters with food unless you queue would help? However, the food itself was excellent every single day and the hotel staff could never do enough for you at all times making sure your drinks were topped up with such a welcoming attitude. The pool bar menu was just as good with large portions and staff around the pool being so accommodating to your needs at all times making you feel at home. Menus were done on a barcode so you could access them on your phone but they did have paper menus if needed. The entertainment was also great with something on most nights, the Greek night was our favourite. We stayed in a superior one bedroom apartment and we didnt arrive until 9.30 when dinner had finished and the hotel staff had left us food in the fridge alongside as water and wine for after our journey. The rooms were spacious, modern and clean with comfy beds and a good shower. Due to COVID 19 the maid service was available upon request so you go down to reception before 2pm and Tell them what time you want the maid to come - you have to be out of the room for 3 hours. The maids did an excellent job at cleaning the room. The hotel itself was in a great location, only one road back from the beach and a 15 minute walk from the old town. The hotel has its own section of the beach where you can get sun beds at a reduced price which we used often. There was a supermarket just near the hotel alongside plenty of bars near the beach. Overall, we cannot fault this hotel or their staff whatsoever. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome in all areas of the hotel and we will definitely be returning.

  Wonderful Place

  Our initial booking in the Bio Suites was for two nights but we kept extending it as we didn't want to leave! In the end, we loved the place so much we stayed for 12 nights and it was amazing. The moment you walk in you sense this is a well run hotel that feels very comfortable indeed. The level of customer service we received was quite unmatched anywhere else in our holiday and we loved our time there. Location very good indeed. It is one block back from the beach and a lovely 10 minutes stroll along the seafront into the old town. It is surrounded by bars, shops and restaurants so you can get everything you need within one minutes walk. Rooms we took a one bedroom apartment which was very comfortable indeed. It has a little kitchenette in it which provides everything you need if you wanted to dine in but we used the restaurants in town. The bed was very comfortable and we slept soundly every single night. We got no noise from the street or other guests and the air-conditioning was very effective. As you would expect for a place of this quality, you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bathroom had an excellent shower and the balcony was big with great furniture on it and we spent hours on there first thing in the morning and last thing at night. Food the breakfast buffet worked really well in these unusual times and they served you quickly and efficiently. There was an excellent array of high quality food both hot and cold. The juice and coffee were okay and the service excellent. Wi-Fi good and strong in all areas of the hotel and pool. Free for unlimited devices and none of that annoying having to login frequently. Pool area excellent. A beautiful area especially when it is lit up at night. Lots of sun loungers, daybeds and sun or shade depending on your requirements. No bed reservation here which is a nice change! Staff absolutely superb. This is obviously a very well-managed place as all the staff were genuinely helpful and seemed very engaged in the hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they genuinely cared whether you had a good time. Cannot speak highly enough about them.
