  Good value and great service from Ashley

  We stayed here for an Easter long weekend with 2 kids, and we had two other friends with their families staying at different apartments. Our 2 bedroom apartment (#29) was clean and had everything we needed. The road noise was noticeable as we were on the top floor and nearest the road, but surprisingly there was little or no noticeable aircraft noise. The road wasn't too busy at night so it did not really disturb us. The pool was sparkling clean and everyone loved the hot spa. A two-minute walk to the patrolled North Kirra surf beach and the esplanade was great! There is a convenience store 5-10 mins walk away and a supermarket a short drive away. Two Surf clubs are within walking distance for an easy dinner out with the kids. Ashley was fantastic, he allowed us to check in early (like 9.30 am) on good Friday so we really got the whole day to enjoy, and while we had to check out promptly when we left to allow the cleaners to access the unit, he was relaxed about allowing the use of the basement car park if we wanted a little longer at the beach. Ashley also went above and beyond by letting us know that the cleaner had found a phone charger we had left behind, and posting it back to us. That was really appreciated.

  BILA VISTA

  A very clean, comfortable, quiet well positioned accommodation units with undercover security carparking. Plenty of space both inside and on the patio all self contained with all one needs. A short walk to the beach and shops including food places, The airport is close. A well maintained heated pool and spa.

  Holiday home away from home

  Second time stayed. Friendly easy going host in Ashley. Spacious clean/tidy apartments with everything provided. Fresh clean curtains beautiful tropical garden surrounding the swimming pool and so on. Well-maintained so close to everything. Secure undercover car parking

  Great place to stay on the Gold Coast

  Beautiful one bedroom apartment, nice pool and spa. Very quiet. close to beach, surf club around the corner - great Manager (Ashley) looked after us. Would highly recommend Bila Vista for couples or families.

  Comfortable beach stay

  This is a very spacious and comfortable apartment in a good location near the beach. It's 15 minute walk to the restaurants at Coolangatta and a 30 minute walk to Tweed Heads. Our one bedroom apartment had a super comfortable bed, compact bathroom, fully equipped kitchen (with small washing machine & dryer) and 2 lounge areas (one with with a flat screen TV). There was also a well maintained BBQ and pool area in the apartment complex and a secure underground car park. This is a good budget friendly option for a Gold Coast beach stay!
