Y a buen precio.

Regressive and PatheticHad an absolutely ridiculous and humiliating episode with this hotel! My wife of 5 years and I had booked a room for a weekend. When we arrived at the hotel after a 9hour long drive the hotel denied us a room because the hotel staff wanted a proof of our marriage. My wife continues to use her family name and has not adopted my family name because we live in the 21st century! So obviously her last name is not as mine in her ID proofs! This is where they had a problem and asked for a proof - our marriage certificate. To make it worse one of the front desk rep's had a smirk all the time and clearly made fun of us in their native langauge. Clearly regressive and am not sure what sort of guests does this hotel host that they feel the need for guests to prove they are married! We canceled our booking and had to scout for another hotel because of this utterly ridiculous, regressive and humiliating episode! Do not book or bother to live in this hotel unless ur ok with being insulted!

Disappointing management, decent but overpriced foodThis is a very basic hotel without any recreational facilities. Rooms are ok but needs some upgrade. I travel a lot and have stayed at the most basic and most luxurious properties in India and abroad. While basic hotels do work fine sometimes as long as some basic touch points for customers are managed well. However, that's not the case with Bikanerwala. I had a few disappointing instances and that clearly shows lack of unprofessionalism in staff. The front desk is very rude, unwelcoming and unpleasant non-smiling staff. That puts me off every time I interacted with them. I had the worst check-in experience ever. Since I traveled with my family, the desk asked for id proof of my wife as well. I only had my own id proof in my pocket and wife's Id was somewhere inside luggage. I told the staff that I will share the id within 10 mins of check-in. The front desk wanted to escort me to the room and return with the id proof immediately with their staff. Now, you don't treat a customer like this. You got to give them at least 10 mins especially if someone is reaching there after a long travel. This was very disgusting and unprofessional especially if one id proof has been given as a security. Further, my bathroom wash basin had leakage but it was not fixed even after raising a complaint. The room cleaning was disappointing. The condition of towels are pathetic and unusable. They didn't change the linens for 4 days even if I requested after two days. Every day my room key got disabled even though I had one single booking for the same room for 4 days. The staff kept on blaming me that I might be keeping the access card along with mobile. However, I never did that. The restaurant service is little sub-standard. Folks some times need reminders. At times, they don't listen to the order properly. Breakfast is decent but it is exactly the same every day. Absolutely no change so it becomes boring after a couple of days. Food prices are on higher side. They are costlier than Bikanerwala prices in Mumbai and Delhi. Overall, it's an ok hotel made worse by staff attitude and behaviour.

Worst hotel and very rude staffHi all, stayed in this hotel in the month of Nov from 21st to 24th and must say it was the worst decision. In the name of.covid, no room cleaning is done, no refilling of tea sache, no change of towels and worst part the complimentary breakfast is not provided. You cannot order food under room service and in case you need any soap, towel etc so you need to shout thrice. The reception staff is very very rude and the room was really dirty with cockroaches behind the curtain and spiders inside the bathroom, all over the wall. Tv remote not working and you need to beg to get the cells. My wife and myself was really annoyed and asked reception to provide me feedback form but it was all waste.
