  Weekend away

  Had the best time away spent the whole Saturday at the park utilising the facilities so impressive. Loved that we were able to bring our puppy as well. Will def return have recommended you to lots of friends

  Neat , Tidy , fun for the kids

  I was so impressed with this park, we had a camp site, power, wifi, close proximity to everything like toilets showers and playground. Park was kept clean and tidy. Loved that our dogs could come too!

  Our family holiday

  We were very happy with our holiday great for our boys they loved the go karts and the jumping pillow, mini golf and the rope course.Theres something for everyone .we had a caravan site with the extra ensuite it was very clean. Staff are very welcoming all the time.When we were going for a walk with our dogs if the staff saw you they would say hi.We wanted to stay a couple more days but was booked out.Very close to shops.Great location We will definitely be back next time Thanks for a great time WELL DONE TO YOU ALL

  Above & Beyond!

  I stayed with my family for 3 nights. My daughter, son-in-law & grandchildren stayed in a cabin and I had brought my caravan. The grandchildren, aged 12, 6 & 3, enjoyed the playground area, the pool and the indoor games room. Their cabin was roomy and comfortable. I, myself, extended my stay by 2 nights. On the first afternoon of my extended stay, I had a terrible fall at a shopping center in town. I had to see a Dr due to my injury and I also had to stay extra days. During this time, I had to move my van as the site had been pre-booked. Warren, from maintenance, had done everything except drive my car from one site to the next. He even helped to set the van up at the new site. I would have been totally lost without him. The girls in the office helped where they could also. I feel that the people at this park went above and beyond and I can't thank them enough!

  Good facilities for families

  We spent 6 nights in a powered site just after Christmas. Kids loved the facilities including the pool, jumping pillow, high climb course, play centre and mini golf were a real highlight . A free train ride for the kids around the park on NYE was a nice touch. It was a nice base to explore Gipplsand's national parks and Wallhalla (railway & gold mine) are a highlight in the area. Only 2 things we picked up could be improved. The water quality of the spa is not up to scratch. The spa water was smelly and an awful color. The high climb course was really good, but there was no direct supervision by staff of the climbers with the staff member busy harnessing new climbers out of direct site of the climbers and I think this could be improved from a safety POV.. Overall we were happy with our stay and would recommend Big 4 Traralgon Park Lane.
