Not Allergy TolerantI bought tickets for my family to spend the day at the splash park. However, my kids have gluten and dairy allergies. Before we made the hour and a half drive from Louisville, I called just to make sure we were allowed to bring a lunch in for our kids. They said they had gluten free options at their restaurants, but could not guarantee that dishes would not be cross-contaminated. They didn't mention dairy free options. They did also say that we could bring our lunch and leave it in a cooler in the car and eat out there. I felt like after spending a hundred dollars on tickets, we should not have to be forced to eat in the parking lot. I asked for a refund, and instead of just allowing us to bring in two PB&J sandwiches, they refunded our online purchase. Clearly, they're not interested in meeting customer's needs, or making a good first impression. We will not be going to this water park, which is a shame, because I would have eaten a lot of their food myself, and I would have likely taken the family many more times.

Too Expensive for this size of WaterparkWas ok , I think is a bit over Priced for what the Place offers . The Waterpark is not very big , compare to Great Wolf . A lot Strikt Rules , like no getting out the Tube on the Lazy River and so on what sucks since they don't really have a lot other room for the kids to really SWIM . The Staff was not always super nice . Food was not very good , Hot Dogs came out the Microwave and this made them look old , dry and winkled . Room was good , clean and Bed was comfortable . We will most like not be back . I honesty rather spend a bit more and drive a bit longer to an Bigger and Better Waterpark Resort , my Children were kind of bored after 3 hours . Also not really a lot Covid safety , lot people without Mask . Not a lot Sanitizer provided . We been to Differenz Hotels and Resorts since the Pandemie started and this was the most unsafed once we been .

Got wet!!My wife and I brought 2 of our grandkids here for the weekend weve never been to this hotel-indoor water park, the kids had a great time, nice water park and warm since it was in the 20s-low 30s outside with snow on the ground it was warm inside. Our grandkids are 6 & 2 and they had a blast, ever staff member we encountered was VERY nice and friendly. We stayed in a two room suite with two baths, nice comfortable rooms, spacious and nice comfortable beds the kids loved the bunk beds, but the rooms need updating. Both heat/air units need to be upgraded one of them you could see daylight through it and the rooms need updates as far as usb plugs as I have a computer & iPad to check emails for work and other sights to check for work. The free WiFi worked great. There was plenty of wall plugs by the way. This is a great place for kids. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Quick Saturday StayWe wanted a quick getaway for our sons birthday so we decided to give this place a go. Overall, we were pleased and the kids (9 & 3) had a great time. The good: our room was very clean and all of the staff were very nice and friendly. The shower had plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The to go breakfast was fine for what it is... just a quick breakfast in a bag. They had Honey Nut Cheerios, a granola bar, an apple, and a yogurt. You could request biscuits and gravy. The food shop by the pool was not horribly priced and we got snacks and a meal there. We also ordered a birthday bucket for my son. It was in the room when we arrived and it was cute, he loved it. I would recommend that. It was only $40ish for the bucket, balloons, a gift from gift shop, plates, cups, napkins, extra balloons, microwave popcorn, gift card for a pizza, gift card for cotton candy, and a 20% coupon for the gift shop. Using the park from 9am-11am for just hotel guests was awesome! The not so great- there were too many people there Saturday afternoon. We had people move our towels and steal our seats twice. They need a bit more seating. The concrete around the slides and in the pools is rough! We all came home with marks and scrapes. I recommend swim shoes and rash guards. Mask use was well regulated in the lobby, not so much in the arcade area. Pool bathrooms were kind of gross. They need to be checked more often. Most of the lifeguards were pretty attentive but a few didnt seem to be doing anything or were annoyed with the smaller kid slide duty. Management did seem to be busy checking on everything. The lockers were overpriced but you can access them as much as you want. Admittedly, we have been spoiled by some much bigger indoor water parks. The kids enjoyed this, but there honestly isnt enough for toddlers to do and I could see teenagers being bored quickly. Maybe that is different in the summer when the outdoor area is open. As it is smaller, its easier to keep an eye on your kids which is a big plus. To sum it up, the kids had fun! We werent there long enough to explore the area. The park needs some updates, mostly concrete repairs. We would consider going again in the future, but maybe as a day trip.

Good and BadGood - Went for a Saturday and overnight for grandson's birthday, kids were ages 4 and 7. They thoroughly enjoyed the waterpark and arcade. I would say there really isn't enough to do at the waterpark for two days without kids getting bored, but was fine for the day. Rooms do need updating (as everyone has said) but are clean enough. Bad - Halls leading to rooms were not clean. In several areas there was trash on the floor. The common bathrooms/change rooms are filthy. The one we used in the waterpark was checked at 11 a.m. then not again until 3 p.m. The waterpark area as a whole was not clean. Used towels were on the floor (I had to pick-up some that weren't ours to get out of our way), food was on the floors and tables, and hair balls were in all the drains. I never saw anyone clean these areas the entire day. Staff in waterpark (life guards) seemed to be pretty disinterested. The staff at counter in arcade were not consistent. We were served without masks (because we were in waterpark), then told needed masks so went back, then told needed ID to be served (so went back again)....for a 40 year old man! A lot of going back and forth for no reason. Also, making such an issue of masks (when in the lobby, etc.) when able to go into the waterpark without makes no sense at all. If you are going to go there (or anywhere in public for that matter) people should understand they may be exposed....bottom line! Stay home if you want to avoid it!
