  Pleasant Stay

  We are impressed by this cozy hotel. Near the airport and other commercial areas around. Few minutes to SM Lanang and Robinson"s. With good restaurants and eateries on the side. It is clean and breakfast is delicious. The small pond in the ground is refreshing to hear and watch the different kinds of fish. The staff is helpful. We enjoy our stay and highly recommended.

  Only good because..

  An "okay" hotel, huge room but it looks kinda old and creepy. No eat-all-can breakfast, just tapsilog. Parking lot/area is good for 1 car, 1 small car only. The only advantage is that it's near SM lanang.

  Good breakfast but dirty room

  The rooms' lighting is too dim. The carpet is so dirty it will mark your feet when you step on barefoot so don't let your kids walk on barefoot and play on the floor. Perhaps the awful smell came from the carpet. Breakfast is good, served with platter of fruits. The elevator was broken so we took the stairs.The hotel is conveniently close to some shops and stores. Nice experience though and if you're in a budget it's good to consider.

  Good for travel

  The room was big and cool ... the front desk are approachable ...the please is near to SM Lanang and Robinsons for shopping near the DVO airport .. no parking space if you bring car.. food ok affordable but if you like budget food just go outside the hotel to much budget food along mamay road.

  Very Good Service

  We booked this hotel based on location but my expectations were not very high to be honest. our choice was made more on availability and price point rather than amenities. This was also going to be my first say at Big Apple so I wasn't sure what to expect. My booking came with free wifi, breakfast . I can't tell how much I appreciate when a hotel doesn't nickel and dime you to death. Big bonus in our book. I'm not one to even write reviews but I was so pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff Frontdesk Receptionist at check in was smiles and welcomed us immediately. Then And it is as well as warm and friendly at checkout. The support staff was no different; warm greetings and smiles from housekeeping and our breakfast helper. In today's climate that's almost as refreshing as it is surprising. Management must be doing their job if the staff seems happy. The facilities were not perfect but clean and well maintained in my experience. Our room was conveniently located with easy access to the Highway. Also a plus; no maze of hallways! I really didn't have any issues with my 1 week stay. Again a pleasant surprise that it was all so easy! The location is also great. Near Malls, You've Got Bar next door with plenty of restaurants and shops in all directions. Will be back!!
