  Not worth it at all

  Great location.. ignorant staff and management... no towels no a one single bottle of water..Dusty floor.. kitchen need refurbishment.. not worth your money at all ... Great location ... all the room need maintenance... I will not recommend this hotel to anyone..

  Great stay with best location in Agadir - However not if you expect a 5* Resort

  Stayed at this hotel with my family for a 7 night-stay in November 2018. While the hotel advertises itself as a 5* Resort, in fact it is more of an apartment complex that is spread around the lovely Agadir Marina. The distance from parts of the hotel to the other (for example from the reception to the pool/beach) is approximately 500 metres. While the Marina itself was built around 2011, it seemingly has not received many investments since and many of the restaurants and shops in the area now struggle for business. Also Bianca Beach is quite worn down already, and in need of further investments. We stayed in a Deluxe Suite. The rooms was large and with a lovely view of the Marina, all the way to the sea and the Southern parts of the City. The location of the hotel perfect, and it is approximately a 20-30 minute walk to the centre. There are however plenty of restaurants near the marina at very good prices, so there is really no need to go to the city to eat. The hotel's pool and private beach are also nice, although in need of redevelopment. The hotel's restaurant Casa Mia is also quite good, with ok prices compared to the city centre. While several reviews state that the rooms are dirty, in fact the rooms were very clean and the daily cleaning was very thorough. However, the only negative part of the stay was the service from the front desk and this aspect needs a lot of improvements if the hotel wishes to live up to its star rating. For example, we called in the day before to request a baby cot and even though during check-in the front-desk attendant promised that it would be immediately delivered to our room this was not the case. Only after several calls and visits to the front desk did a manager come tell us that the cot was unavailable for the first night and it was thus only delivered the second stay of our stay. In addition, like other reviews here have stated, the keys stopped working after 5 days and this issue was difficult to solve due to the poor customer service from the front office staff. If you're looking for a aparthotel with large rooms, fully equipped kitchenette and great views, then Bianca Beach is right for you. However, if you're looking for luxury accomodation and a resort, then look elsewhere.

  Bianca Beach 4 day break - Agadir Morocco

  Apartment was in the perfect location. As described in other reviews, the view from the balcony on one side of apartment was the fabulous beach and other balcony on other side was the marina. Have to be totally clear that all the rooms / apartments are in different blocks which is not what i expected, and was expecting hotel type suite in a conventional hotel, but was not the case. The blocks are 3 or 4 stories high and spread over a big area with the marina in the middle - no lifts at all if that is important to you. Apartment very clean and serviced daily. only negative i would say is there was no iron + board, or electric kettle, but had micro wave and dishwasher, one of the bathrooms did not lock. But apart from that location was absolutely spot on with fabulous views out of both side of the apartment. all eating place very close and also alot people coming towards the marina as it is so nice. asked for additional towels and they were there within 20 minutes. There is a mini supermarket around the corner too minibrahims -that was very convenient too. All in all although premises could do with a bit of TLC, locations etc fabulous hence a definate recommend.

  False advertising

  WiFi in one room poor, kettle not working, key cards stopped working and had to wait 45 minutes for new ones so we had to wait outside, overall it was no what it shouldve been however the housekeeper was very friendly.

  ANTICUADOS Y ANTIPÁTICOS

  Estuvimos 7 amigos entre 50 y 60 años, educados,cultos y respetables dispuestos a celebrar la jubilación de uno de ellos, cogimos 3 apartamentos con capacidad para 5 / 6 personas cada apartamento. Cogimos 3 para no molestar , privacidad, ronquidos , manías .... Nos dispusimos a invitar a dos familiares de unos amigos españoles a comer en uno de ellos y nuestra sorpresa es q no dejan subir a esas personas marroquíes .... a nada , ni a lavarse las manos . Procedemos a solicitar una razón en la recepción y fuimos recibidos por un hombre bajo moreno , muy mal educado,arrogante , prepotente ,sarcástico , machista etc .... El cual trata de convencernos de q estamos en un hotel ( estamos en 3 apartamentos ) y q es un alojamiento para familias ... obviamente mis amigos y yo no somos familia , somos amigos al igual q las personas q pretendíamos invitar a comer. Nada más q añadir q recordaros el espíritu autoritario dictatorial prohibitivo opaco de algunos ciudadanos marroquíes q no entienden de turismo , ni tolerancia ni buenos modos . No volveremos y no lo recomiendo para quien quiera ir a Agadir a ese alojamiento a simplemente divertirse .,,
