  Great access to the city center

  This was a really good little B&B. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and of a decent size (most bathrooms in Europe are cramped). The staff was helpful although they are not there much of the time; but when there they are very accommodating and go out of their way to help. No air conditioning so the room can get warm. But best of all, you are 100 meters from the entrance to the old city and an easy walk to the city square.

  Great stay, parking and location

  On our arrival there was nobody at the reception- just a phone to dial a number. After briefly speaking to a very friendly man, He came in straight away, and he showed us into the room and also advised us where to securely park our motorbike. Room was very nice and clean. Bathroom was large with both bath and a shower cubicle and even a bidet, also very clean. The location is perfect - very close to the old town, so we could just walk everywhere. There are reasonably priced restaurants close in the area and Lidl nearby. We would definitely stay here again!

  Very Quaint, roomy, comfortable and nicest hosts

  We were a family of three traveling to Germany for the first time. We pulled up to this quaint hotel and fell in love instantly. The owner, a gentleman, was extremely nice in greeting us. For some reason the hotel did not have our reservation(booking company's fault-Not trip advisor by the way) and they were all booked (our reservation was for three nights). We were devestated to say the least as we had no idea where to go and were foreigners. There was no need to panic. The nice owner offered to bring us around the corner to a relative's hotel where he made sure we were set up for the night and taken care of. The next day we were brought back to the Gasthof Bezold and remained there for the other two nights. He went out of his way to make sure we were ok and well taken care of. He and his relatives treated us like family and we were so thankful. Best time ever! Loved both places and would definitley stay here the next time we visit. We had a room in the back section and were so happy. The area was roomy and the bathrooms big. The beds were comfortable and the place so pretty and quaint. Breakfast was awesome as well. Close to everything and a reasonable price. It will be our home away from home anytime we go back to that area.

  The cleaning could be better.

  We got to this hotel as no other hotels in the town were available. The room was a good size but was quite dirty and facing a noisy street. The beds were surprisingly good and the morningbuffet very good, which it should be, as the hotel is on top of a bakery.

  Loved the location

  We stayed 2 nights with 3 adults in a triple room. The beds are a little close together (like in the picture), but worked for us and the bathroom is very spacious. Parking in the back was very easy and we really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. There is a main road out front, but you couldn't hear anything at all with the windows closed. Loved the location and would definitely stay here again!
