  Beautiful location, friendly staff!!

  The building is in a beautiful location and has been completely renovated this winter. Everything in the kitchen and living room has been renewed. The view over the sea is breathtaking and It is a 1-minute walk to the pleasant center of Datca. But the most important thing is the warm welcome from Meral, the lady who manages the apartment complex. She is super-pleasant, helpful and friendly. No request is too much for her.

  Stunning views

  Our first reaction to our apartment, number 13, was wow. The view was stunning, 180 degrees, and the apartment was very spacious with everything you need. We had an issue with heating and the very friendly manager, Meral, got it sorted. Its in a very central location but its a steep climb up, so not suitable for people with mobility limitations. Highly recommended.

  Fabulous home from home with amazing views

  We stayed 3 nights at Beyaz Konak Evleri. Spacious, clean apartment with everything we needed. The views are just gorgeous and the seafront bars, cafes and restaurants just a few minutes walk away. Will definitely return. Thank you Meral for your great hospitality.

  Stay for the View and Value

  This is a simple apartment hotel. It does not offer any services beyond the location and luggage storage if needed. Semra, the manager on location, doesn't speak any English, but if can check you in without a problem. Just say, "Lütfen" = "Please" and "Teekkürler" = "Thanks" if you get stuck. THE VIEW OF THE HARBOR IS AMAZING. It is worth staying there for this reason alone. It is a quick walk down to the harbor, but be aware that there are steps, I'd guess the equivalent of 4 flights? You can easily find a taxi to take you up for ~ 10 lira if you don't want to walk.

  Breathtaking Views, Friendly Staff, Perfect Location & Price

  We stayed at Beyaz Konak for several weeks while purchasing a property in Datça and we really couldn't have chosen a better spot. The apartments are spacious, well-equipped, cosy and warm in the cool winter months (and there's air-con for the hot summer months) and - without doubt - they have some of the best views in town! The owner and staff are friendly and responsive, and the local dogs and cats in the neighbour hood are too! We would heartily recommend this super place to anyone visiting beautiful Datça, whether it's for a couple of nights or (like us) a couple of months. Budget-friendly too, and superb central location.
