  Safe and first class.

  Everything we experienced was excellent from our check in to our departure. Location is great rooms are well done and we felt very safe here. Can't thind of a better location in the Bethany area. Right on the ocean .

  Perfect getaway

  We live locally, but needed a night away! The Ocean Suites was the perfect place. The room was beautiful! Our view was perfect! Everyone at the hotel was very safe due to Covid. I wish we had brought our bathing suits because the heated pool looked so fun. We had dinner outside at 99 Sea Level. The food was delicious. We have been there many times in the past, but the service, food, and menu have improved dramatically! I cant wait to go back again soon and take the kids.

  Another Outstanding Visit

  I am in the midst of my second extended stay and just when I thought it couldn't get better.....it did. Not sure how these guys do it, but they continue to impress. This time I have been working with Mark at the front desk and he has been unbelievably helpful with whatever I have needed for my long stay. If you haven't booked a room here you are missing the hotel experience of your life!

  Never again

  Every time I have tried to book this hotel it was sold out that alone was telling me it was a good choice until I got there. Finally booked a king suite during a quick winter trip and was pleasantly surprised when my daughter said the hotel called and said they had a better room for me. I called back thanking them, the room was an upper floor as my preferences request but two full beds on the third floor. I was told my current king room was on the first floor. I graciously thanked them but informed them my husband is 64 and is not comfortable in those small beds we would keep the first floor room. Upon arrival, we had done mobile check in but get there and have to go to the front desk for a parking pass making mobile check in pointless. Go inside and no one is there, walk throughout the entire lobby and no one is to be found. Finally someone comes in and gives us a pass and we go across the street to our room both entrees accessed after 10 with no key necessary. Enter our room and it is a handicapped room. I did not book a handicapped room and while this may seem like a non issue the shower is not as nice as a regular room and after entering it was way worse. Cracked ceiling, broken drain, broken toilet paper holder and a layer of dust on the bathroom phone which I wouldnt use anyway but this is during corona and everything should be really clean . Add to that the broken curtains and the disgusting couch and you can see why I didnt want this room. Called the front desk three times before getting an answer and was told it was this one or the small beds - then why did you take my reservation? Went about my business and Elaina from housekeeping was extremely helpful with towels and Chaz at the bar was very hospitable. On our last day I tried to check out via mobile and it didnt work so I called the front desk and true to form after five calls no one answered had to email to check out. Even spoke to the front desk and emailed the hotel and no one responded to any of my questions about a disheveled room. While this could be a great hotel to stay at during the summer the service will keep me from ever staying there again.

  Disappointed and Embarrassed

  We came to celebrate my daughter's 7th birthday and we really disappointed with below reason: We really had awful and bitter experience which made us embarrassed at continental breakfast Thursday and Friday. The staff who was serving breakfast was very mean and disrespected us by seeing our color of our skin. He was very good with everyone else especially asking what they need and more and when came to us he was asking if he can serve all our 4 family members breakfast in one to go box (really ???). He was not even asking if we need any thing else. We came to celebrate our daughter's birthday and stayed 4 nights and this situation left us embarrassed and we were really sad. I will not recommend to stay at this place if you prefer having continental breakfast and if you are brown skin. Very unprofessional and unethical.
