  Gorgeous hotel. Big spacious rooms, extraordinary motion controlled toilet. Bar is nice and quiet and for non-smokers, thank goodness. Very clean and quiet, close to the station. Breakfast buffet is In the Italian restaurant in the lobby and suited to the Japanese palate.

  Stayed with kids - Beautiful, clean and convenient hotel

  We stayed 5 nights with 2 kids (7 and 4 years old). The hotel was nice and clean. It's more a business hotel, but it has got everything we need. The hotel had provided slippers and toothbrush for my kids too. About the environment, - There are 2 Japanese restaurants, 1 Italian restaurant and 1 bar in the hotel. - There are also a few Japanese restaurants close by, which provide Japanese noodles and BBQ, so you don't have to worry about food. - There is a laundry on the 6th floor -2 washing machines and dryer - There is also big shopping mall (Lias) a few blocks away which is within walking distance. - There is a family mart at the railway station and a 7-11 a block behind the hotel. - There is a car rental shop at the back of the hotel - The hotel provides free parking - There is an electric towel dryer in the room which is very useful and considerate. - Although the hotel locates close to railway, and our window face to it, we could hardly hear the noise when we slept. We had a wonderful stay. If I'm going to Tsukuba again, I'll definitely stay in this hotel again.

  Very nice hotel

  I came to Tsukuba on business. It is a university town so I can imagine that parents of students would like to stay here too. The hotel is clean, reasonably priced, friendly and with good restaurants. I had excellent sushi, breakfast and pizza(!) The hotel is well located, right on the Tsukuba Express line to Tokyo. Nevertheless it is quiet. Very nice hotel. Hope to stay again

  Nice Place to Stay in Tsukuba

  Visiting the area on business and the hotel was recommended by an associate. Although the hotels are smallish and not loaded with the amenities I see traveling in SE Asia this place is clean with great service and a very good location. The hotel is immediately adjacent to the train station, a nice park, and the huge iisa mall complex. They have a great breakfast, some nice restaurants, and excellent internet. Highly recommend if you are in the area and looking for a good hotel at a reasonable price.

  Very nice updated hotel. Very quiet. Highly Suggest if you are in the area. Nonsmoking room smelled good. Get a view room as its on the north side and very quiet. TripAdvisor wants me to add more characters.
