  Excellent service at the Bar & Grill

  Just called in for lunch to the Westley Bar & Grill. Received a warm welcome and table service in these Covid-19 restrictions. Food by Wagon Grill is excellent & menu choices for everyone. David the bar managers customer service was above & beyond... Definitely went the extra mile...and service with a huge smile Highly recommend this venue

  A sad day so much better

  I held my Mother's wake at the Westley Hotel this week and the organisation, food, staff and service were all excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. It was a sad day but was made so much better by the welcome we received. Thank you to all the staff, and especially Dominika, for your professionalism and courtesy. Highly recommended.

  Excellent

  I dont normally write reviews but felt we must say Thank You to The Westley Arms Hotel, Acocks Green, Birmingham for the excellent service at a recent funeral. From inital arrangements and the level of service on the day was brilliant. The food was really nice and nothing was too much trouble. Luke & Dominqua were particularly exceptional aswell as other staff. Thank you for making the day rememberable for all of the right reasons.

  All the support you could want

  All was very good with the hotel - check in, facilities, room upgrade, breakfast chef attentive, informed and helpful. The real excellence came in when a visitor knocked over my parked motorbike in the car park. The manager secured the driver details, contacted me, assisted me in righting the bike and gave a lot of moral support as well as providing CCTV imagery showing the bike being knocked over. The hotel receptionist was also exemplary in scanning, printing and emailing all the documents concerning the incident to the various parties. What could have been a major disruption became a manageable glitch. So thanks all round, service above and beyond.

  Great value hotel

  I stayed here in March. Had a single room which was in an annexe building. Very clean and tidy room and extremely good value. Nice hot shower and room service if required. Very accommodating staff as I checked in at 01:00 after a gig nearby. I got the discounted mobile rate for booking on the day. Would definitely stay here again.
