  Great staff

  Staff is always friendly and smiling. Very helpful whenever you need anything. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Great place to stay when in Thompson. I have stayed here numerous times when in Thompson on business and will continue to do so.

  Best Hotel in the North

  Best service I have received. Everyone that works there is always nice and helpful. Both Jaskian and Kalley were exceptional in the service they provided. They both helped me a lot in my two day stay there. The place is very clean and room and bed are comfortable. Thanks again!

  Nice property with good value

  This is a nice property and very professionally run. Covid screening was thorough and efficient. Property was clean, breakfast was good. The staff was polite. We did have a problem with the sauna. Had to wait for front desk staff to start it up for us. No other issues. I would stay again.

  Clean, modern hotel, friendly and helpful staff, excellent COVID protocols

  We spent a couple of days in Thompson, and this is the only place that seemed to be taking COVID seriously. Bravo! We really liked this little BW. Although our standard king room was not large, we quite appreciated the modern amenities and decor, it has a very upscale feel. The bed was very comfortable, the wifi worked well and business travellers will like how the room accommodates today's gadgets. Although there is no pool, an amenity that we appreciated, having being on the road for some days, was the guest laundry. They did a great job with the hot, hardy breakfast, served by friendly staff. The front doors of this hotel are automatic opening / sliding doors, which are handy for guests with luggage, not to mention COVID friendly. Also, this hotel is just across the street from shops and restaurants, but still very quiet. And finally, this hotel is also located within a block of the famous Spirit Way Walking Trail, as well the Millennium Trail which circles the city.

  Good stay at a good hotel

  I was amazed that they still offered warm breakfast on a plate (you could also opt to take it to the room). Not like this in many other hotels that cut down on breakfast and only offer an apple and a muffin as a substitute.
