  Noisy upstairs neighbors

  The only issue we experienced was that the 2nd level guests were noisy and did not quiet down until 12:00 - 1:00 am. BW Territorial Inn had the best bkf of all the BW stays we experienced, since covid. They served hot Bkf Burritos on request.

  Top Notch- My Favorite Hotel in New Mexico

  Ive stayed here several times in the last 2 years and this hotel is winning! Heres why: 1. Super clean everywhere & always. Room above and beyond updated & healthy clean. Very cool lobby. 2. Check in Staff is super hospitable. By this I mean- friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, intelligent. True about all staff. The type of customer service you receive is hard to find in New Mexico. But their cup runneth over here and I look forward to staying here. 3. Breakfast. Amazing as always. During covid - excellent, they still go above and beyond with breakfast. They send you off with an amazing hearty, great tasting meal. The secret- the woman who makes it does so with pride, care and love for guests and her job! Shes the reason we stay at this hotel! We go to the lake all day and prefer to stay here. 4. Parking. There is parking for trucks with boats on North side of building. Also, just north of that in between restaurant and hotel, there is a big lot for semi-trucks to park. 5. Checking out. Everyone busy doing their work with smiles on faces and taking time to happily wish you goodbye!

  Excellent

  Picked this hotel because we were headed to Chaco Canyon and wanted someplace close. Bloomfield is the closest you can get with good lodging. Nice hotel and there is a restaurant next door if you don't want to drive for dinner. Rooms clean and comfy a real plus after being on Lake Powell for a week. Hot shower felt real good. Breakfast was plentiful and we were served a nice breakfast not a grab and go. Another plus. We will stay here again if in the area.

  Pleasantly Surprised

  I am a loyal Marriott customer. I was surprised to find this Beat Western to be very clean, smoke free, modern, and professional. Breakfast was good and the staff was genuinely friendly and welcoming.

  Great stay

  Super friendly staff. Quick check in and check out. The room was comfortable. I have stayed here multiple times and my only recommendation is get a room away from the highway. Other than that I have never had any troubles staying here.
