  Lindo y cómodo hotel

  Excelente, en todo, limpieza, wifi, desayuno, personal, todo 100 % recomendable! Cerca del aeropuerto, con varias alternativas de transporte p{ublico para ir al centro de Frankfurt u otras ciudades. Grob Gerau es una pequeña pero hermosa ciudad.

  Adequate (barely) when nothing else is open, but otherwise, stay elsewhere

  We stayed two nights around Christmas and two nights over New Years by nature of all other Gross-Gerau hotels being closed for the holiday. I would have rated it 1 star, but the breakfasts were adequate (except when they ran out of certain food for lack of planning during the holiday season when their suppliers were closed), and they were indeed open during the week all other hotels in the region were shut. The internet signal is weak and spotty (the receptionist upon our first stay showed me the new WiFi device to be installed - but one week later when we returned, still they had not done that basic work), so conducting business there is hard to do. The staff is friendly but not given the training nor authority to handle anything but the most basic tasks - they did not even have keys to the data room or a manager or owner available to take a call for help (they tried - but no one responded to their text requests for help). The rooms have dirty carpets, there is an odd smell in the rooms as well. Just to be sure - the staff is not to blame here - it is the manager and more importantly the owner who bears responsibility for this poor effort - an attitude change in the ownership is sorely needed

  Great for a short stay

  We came for a single night on our way up North. A perfect location very close to the A67 motorway. All service personnel was very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and functional. Great quality of beds so we found all we needed including a free parking slot in front of the hotel. Is this a helpful review?   Bare minimum- will not be back

  The staff is really friendly, but the hotel is really bare bones. Bed is terribly hard, 1 single flat pillow. Really uncomfortable. WiFi is quite slow, drops a lot and didnt reach my room. Breakfast in the mornings is good (not great, but good). There is NOTHING around it, so be prepared for a 29 min walk to anything. The city itself is almost all closed on the weekends so there is nothing to do here on the weekend. I would recommend you look elsewhere.
