  Nightmare stay

  We stayed at this hotel because it looked nice and was close to where we were visiting. The tub was clogged and almost filled up. My daughter broke out when sleeping in the bed. Something made us both itch. We had to go to the pharmacy to get benadryl. Did not sleep well at all. The desk clerk response was sorry when told about the problems.

  Beautiful, Clean Hotel

  This was my first time to book a room with Best Western Plus Tech Medical Center Inn. When I arrived the young lady at the front desk was so kind and helpful. My hotel room was so cozy and super clean. The hotel itself is beautiful. I will definitely be staying again and recommend it for anyone needing a hotel. The price is reasonable and you will not regret it.

  Great hotel

  My dad was in the hospital and we had family in and out of the hotel, they were very helpful and very kind during our difficult time. The staff went above and beyond to make us very comfortable. The hotel was very clean.

  I always stay here if at all possible

  Best beds in Lubbock. Always clean and everything works in rooms. Staff is friendly and helpful. We usually use their accessible rooms due to our age and arthritis, although we prefer this motel even if one is not available on a specific trip. Just means we have to pack some our own additional equipment.

  Very clean, receptionist unfriendly, hotel in cotton field

  The receptionist clearly did not want to be there and seemed to prefer that I wasnt there. He wasnt following the mask mandate which made me quite uncomfortable. My room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I was very pleased with that. The hotel is in a cotton field but inside its nice. Maybe dont stay here in the spring when the wind blows the most.
