  Dirty Diapers, coffee beans, trash, no masks - Buttoning his shirt up hotel staff

  terrible - upon arrival no one was at or near the front desk/lobby. To the point i had to yell to try and find someone... After yelling a man proceeded to walk out of one the closest hotel rooms near the front desk and while buttoning up his shirt because he said he was "shaving" at nearly 8oclock at night. My wife, my 3 year old son and my 1 year old daughter were finally able to our room. Tired after a 9 hour drive we immediately went to go set up our room. we had two towels and two hand towels. no extra sheets in our closet. I then went back to ask the the man who was now in his office on his phone for more sheets. he tried to inform me that there were sheets in our closet and i told him they were not there. Him not believing me made me have to walk back to our room and ask my wife to check so that this guy would satisfied with the answer. We then went to pick up sheets and towels for the night from the cleaning room. I asked for two packs of sheets and two more towels. This guy was reluctant to give me that many so i had to explain to him as to why i needed them. finally in bed - loud noises all night down the hallway and our refrigerator was noisy as well but we made it through the night with only a couple hours of sleep. By 5am i had already been looking for a new place to stay. By 7am i had booked the beautiful watermark hotel baton rouge. 110% recommend this hotel by the way! once the kids were up and we could pack to leave we were cleaning up and getting out of there. That when we discovered how disgusting this place actually was. When i was putting the fold out bed back into the sofa i discovered an old infant diaper that was left there for god knows how long. so my son was sleeping on a fold out sofa with a dirty diaper under his head the entire night. I left it there with the sofa propped open for the man to see. We also found old coffee beans in the bathroom under the sink trash and straws by our bed and the refrigerator leaked. When i told the "Buttoning his shirt guy" that we were cutting our short early due to the issues above there was an attempt at apologizing to say the least. One other note - absolutely none of the staff were wearing masks of any kind. I was so frustrated that i ended up just paying for the night so we could hurry up and get out of this "Hotel"

  This room was purchased for my stay in Walker, LA for family matters. The staff was wonderful to all of my needs. I just wish there was some kind of breakfast in the mornings (pastries individually wrapped). Otherwise the stay was great.

  Would not recommend at all!

  The manager in the front was very very rude. You were inconveniencing him with simply breathing. Requested basic extra items such as an extra towel and was given an attitude and POOL TOWELS. Requested bedding for the pull out bed. Again very rude. The room was not clean, sticky stuff all over the remote. Stains on the chairs, hairs on the toilet. It was disgusting. On top of it, you had to whisper because there is a 3 inch gap at the bottom of every door!!! 100% unacceptable!

  Excellent Service

  Customer service is excellent and rooms are clean. Always stay at this hotel and would recommend to others! Close to activities that we attend and to nearby restaurants. Staff always assure that guest have everything they need for a comfortable stay.

  Awesome

  Great atmosphere great service and staff. The outside has lights and I felt safe. There was no breakfast but they offered bags of treats. The only issue I had was the tv not working, but the front desk associate quickly fixed the issue.
