  Buen hotel, limpio, cuidado, buena atención, buen servicio y próximo a lugares de ocio y compras. El desayuno bastante completo y bien presentado. A unos 45 minutos del aeropuerto y con buenas comunicaciones.

  COVID-19 Hotspot -STAY AWAY unless you like to clean toilets.

  We were given a toilet brush and bleach and told we could go ahead and clean it ourselves because they had no cleaning crew there. We literally had to clean toilets, light switches and the jetted bathtub ourselves. We have pics (yuck). First they tried to move us to another adjoining room they said had been cleaned. OOPS, not cleaned at all. Walked in to towels on the floor beds not made etc Back to our original room where at least the linens were changed and okay, here's a toilet brush.. Mold on the ceiling. The jetted tub was just Gross. Soap/oil scum and black hairs. So, if they did not wipe down the basic stuff then what risk of Covid-19 where we subjected to here? We saw a table of old ladies playing cards in the lobby with no masks. An old guy yelled at them but they just laughed him off and were allowed to continue. So... we cleaned both toilets, tub and then proceeded to wipe down all hard surfaces with our own travel wipes. Clearly we could not trust the cleaning crew/hotel staff. Homeless guy out front the whole time was scary. Lobby was upgraded/nice but rooms were not. Carpet was scary and lamps were unplugged. broken outlet was fun. I had use both hands to hold the back while I pushed the plug in. I advised kids to stay away. Needs the usual upgrades/shower doors/fix broken towel rack/broken door stops/lighting. Also- When we arrived, it looked like a crime scene. There were literally a dozen cops there with about 9 cruisers. We were forced to turn around and go into the parking lot a different way. There was very little explanation. Staff pretended it wasnt happening. Customer service later told us that Sunil (sp?) the owner completely denied it and said there were never cops there that weekend. Yeah, I spoke with two officers and they were investigating a missing little girl that they thought was in the hotel. Sadly kids overheard that. Breakfast was granola bars and fruit sitting on the counter where you check in. I know its COVID but lame. Oh yeah, they offered me yogurt on the last day too. Only good parts were Norwic (sp?) who was embarrassed but great and found us cleaning supplies and also the beds were pretty great. If we werent out on the course for Kids Golf tournaments all day sat from 8am till 5 (2 kids spread out tee times) we would have left after the first night. So HERES THE CRAZY PART The owner refused to do anything and said it all never happened. No cleaning issues, no cops and said the homeless guy was a platinum member. Then Corporate offered some rewards points if I agreed to keep quiet and then later rescinded the offer like ahhhhh should have taken the offer on the first day now we changed our minds. WOW- corporate just doesnt care much about BW name NEVER AGAIN.

  Not what it used to be.

  Once a good place to stay for business, now home to unmasked hordes of children shrieking through the hallways. (Thanksgiving 2020) Breakfast is gone, railroad is still across the street. You can do better, trust me.

  Covid ruined this hotel

  I have stayed at this property at least 10 times. If this had been my first visit, I would NEVER stay there again. Only entrance/exit is thru lobby, which locks at 11pm. New room decor means ZERO drawer space. There were 2(TWO) hangers in my closet. The hallway carpet looks to be about 25 years old.

  False advertising

  The description of this Best Western both on Expedia and bestwestern.com includes a restaurant and bar on site and a full complimentary breakfast. The hotel provides neither. Since this was the primary criteria i used to choose this hotel over ones closer to where I wanted to be, I felt defrauded.
