  El hotel se encuentra a pocos km de la ciudad, conectado con la interestatal con facil acceso a todos los puntos.Las habitaciones son grandes y con todas las comodidades, perfecto para descansar. El trato del personal es excelentes, te ayudan en todo momento para cualquier cosa y se esfuerzan al maximo. El hotel ofrece desayuno, wifi, parking y un bufet de cena, justito pero correcto para tal fin, bebidas y palomitas, todo incluido en el precio de la habitacion.

  Special rate for St. Vincent patient visitors

  This was an unexpected stay due to a family medical emergency. They offer a special rate for St. Vincent patients family. This hotel is newly renovated - in fact they still have a bit to finish up according to the signage. It was very clean and everything was exceptional. I want to give a shout out to the employee that checked us in, Dianne. She was trained well and was so very polite and accommodating, which was welcomed after the day we had had at the hospital. We checked in rather late and she was quick and efficient, despite us being the third in line to check in. The rooms and breakfast area were clean. There was a wonderful selection at breakfast and the hot foods were hot and the cold foods were cold. When we are back in the area we would definitely stay here again. There is also a Cracker Barrel restaurant that is in walking distance and the hotel is right off 465 - easy to get to.

  Baseball tournament

  Great location. The girls who work here are wonderful sweet and helpful. They served hot breakfast which was a bonus with the covid and most hotels arent. It was served behind glass for you. 3 drink happy hour. Lots of restaurants near by. The only down fall was our room smelled old and musty.

  Unhelpful Staff, musty rooms, key problems

  We stayed here with a team and found the stay to be very uneven. Some of the staff was very nice but others were downright unhelpful and short with guests. Our group had a lot of problems with their keys and were treated as if they were causing the problems. We had a late game on the day of our departure and the manager agreed to let some but not all of the guests affected have a later checkout. When asked to extend to an additional room, we were refused. The happy hour and breakfast were appreciated but there was only one person working so the line was long and slow as we waited for the one server (who was very helpful and apologetic) to keep running back to get more food or supplies. The room appeared clean but smelled musty and the tub was not cleaned prior to our check in. The common areas are very nice and the pool was clean but I was disappointed with the service and the general mustiness of our room.
