  What a fabulous hotel!!

  This hotel is wonderful on all aspects... Very friendly front desk staff, reasonably priced, very clean rooms, very clean hotel everywhere... While they do offer continental breakfast, due to COVID, it was limited but still offered cereal, prepackaged muffins, hot breakfast sandwiches, yogurt, juice, coffee... Very satisfied. It was on the east end of Arcola... out of main traffic but close to everything... We will definitely stay the next time we are up there!

  Very clean modern hotel

  We stayed at the hotel for only one night while travelling but found it clean, comfortable, and quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We didn't take advantage of any of the amenities or breakfast but found nothing to complain about. I recommend.

  They do everything right

  My girlfriends and I had a four night stay while exploring the area. The hotel was very clean, and followed all the covid-19 guidelines to a "T". We are in our 60s and this was the first time since the pandemic hit that any of us had stayed outside our home. We were impressed by the steps the hotel had in place to keep us comfortable and safe. The breakfast was a nice plus, and also done right. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

  Clean affordable stay

  This hotel is very modern. This Best Western has clean rooms and comfortable beds. It is a nicer hotel. The owner has put money into his investment. During this covid time they have come up with creative way to serve breakfast. The have hand made, pan fried , eggs , bacon , sauce sandwiches. They are delicious. Also have other breakfast choices. BUT GOOD JOB. Only down fall is front desk staff is nice but not as friendly as other hotels. But over all really nice.

  Always a great stay!

  Was a little worried traveling during a pandemic but I was very pleased with my experience. The staff was actively engaged with proper pandemic protocol. The hotel common areas were clean and cleaned continuously.
