  Great value

  Great value, friendly staff, nice and clean. Great location lots of restaurants, stores and amenities close by. Spacious rooms and all the amenities for a long term stay. Great beds. Definitely recommend

  Super clean and quiet in a great location

  This is one of the nicest Best Western hotels I have every stayed at. The staff were all so friendly and polite and the hotel itself was SPARKLING clean (other than a bit of trash around the outside grounds that had probably been blown there by the wind). I was SO appreciative of the extensive sanitization measure that they had undertaken, right from disinfectant spray in the elevators to pre-packaged hot breakfast items. There are multiple restaurant options within a 2 minute walk along with several services like a grocery store, liquor store, hairdresser, etc. It's near a busy intersection but I didn't hear any traffic at all...or anything while I was inside my room even though it was overlooking the main entrance/parking area. This was my first time staying in Fort Saskatchewan and next time I need to stay there I'll 100% be booking this hotel again. 5 stars from me!

  Comfortable and clean

  The hotel was well-taken care of and very clean. The bed was comfortable and it was nice to have a microwave and fridge in the room. The staff were very friendly. We would have liked to have use of the pool but we understand with covid restrictions that wasn't possible.

  Humiliated and yelled at by the front desk in front of our child

  The hotel cancelled our booking by mistakingly without an apology, then when I asked a simple question about charges on my credit card the clerk at the desk ranted & yelled about banks & credit cards & preauthorized payments in the most patronizing disrespectful tone, all in front of our 8 year old. When I came back again without our son, he turned to his colleague & said all yours. All I did was ask about our bill. It was unbelievable. I have travelled all over the world & never been treated like this. Clean sheets dont make up for an experience like that.

  Stayed st best Western in fort Saskatchewan was great service close to all amenities good fitness room breakfest. The hotel staff was very plesent and were they for all my needs. It was just one night but very plesent
