  The experience could have been better

  First, this hotel looks very new and modern. The appearance is excellent and all the hotel amenities were in working order. My expectations of this type of hotel are very high and at first entrance unfortunately there were two homeless people all night sleeping on the chairs to the right of the entrance. They were there in the morning asking drivers for money. Second, the smell of the hallways and elevator was of cigarettes. Lastly, a guest on the 4th floor where I was staying woke me up at 3:30 am with loud music from his phone. I called front desk and he came up later and managed to get the person inside his room, this took like 15 mins total. When I mentioned this at the end of my stay, I didn't even get a good loo or a sorry for my experience. I'm only a Platinum member but there was no recognition unfortunately. All of these problems can be fixed easily so that my experience can be better. On the way back from my trip I stayed at the Music Row Property and it was a great experience. I'm coming back in two week and will stay at my other favorite GLo near the airport, but 10 mins from the Opryland where my convention will be held.

  Very nice hotel

  Will come back many more times.rooms are very nice looking,best hotel on that side of town.front desk service is awesome.they get what you need quickly.i dont think it can get no better then what I experienced

  No Masks. Smokers

  Sadly all of my reviews during the pandemic are related to whether or not the location could make me ill. I thought this was a very nice building well made and comfortable beds. The cleaning person was wearing no mask and was sneezing while she was cleaning rooms. There was absolutely no guest wearing a mask in the hotel at any time even though there are signs on the door and the check in person (who had her mask under her chin) said that you had to wear masks at all times in the hotel. There was a smell of marijuana on our floor. When we were on another floor there was a woman walking down the hall smoking even though this is supposed to be a nonsmoking facility. In this time of the pandemic I have no tolerance for this. Outside of the pandemic I expect a non-smoking facility to be a non-smoking facility.

  Good Choice

  Planned our trip home with a night at Nashville TN. VERY WELL KEPT property. Courteous staff and pet friendly. Joe and Demetrius gave exceptional directions while we were driving there. The grab and go bfast was a pleasant change (blood oranges, strawberry yogurt fruit danish, bottled water and a hard candy mint. Go Team Nashville!!!

  Poor Service

  I checked into the hotel with my wife and went to our room to find out we had a double room instead of the King room we had reserved a week ahead of the event. Had to go back down stairs to get told we had to take a double because they were out of King room. Should have been told this when reservation were made and we drive hundreds of miles. Then no one would let me see or talk to a Manager. Called back a couple of days later and was still denied talking to a Manager.
