  Tranquilo y acogedor

  Estuve casi 5 días en Syracusse New York, y me hospedé en este hotel. Quedá muy cerca de la Universidad de Le Moyne en una zona muy tranquila a pocos minutos del centro de la ciudad. Es tranquilo y tiene buenas camas para dormir Si tienes un presupuesto módico te lo recomiendo, te permiten pedir a domicilio y comer tranquilo en tu habitación, es más te llevan la comida a la habitación.

  Stayed here 2 times in September 2020

  I stayed here about 2 weeks ago and just recently. I initially left one review which is the first paragraph following this paragraph and then added to that review for the second stay upon finding something waiting for me in the room during the second stay. INITIAL REVIEW I stayed here this past weekend. I felt so at home and comfortable with the atmosphere that I lay on my bed, staring up at the ceiling thinking happy thoughts of my wife and 4 cats back home in Dayton Ohio. Rather than feeling homesick and crying myself to sleep as I do in other hotels, I called my wife and told her how happy I felt there, thinking of her, Smokie, Dewey, Saffron and Oliver. My wife had the speaker phone on and the cats were meowing at me, beckoning my return to pet them, play with them and give catnip and treats. We were one big happy family even though we were miles apart. Thank you Best Western for comforting my soul and heart. UPDATE 1 WEEK LATER!!!!! I stayed here last week which prompted me to leave the above review. As I got into the room, Im checking to make sure the air conditioner is working good (I always check that first) I then noticed that there was a gift bag of which I initially thought the previous occupant left something behind. Then I noticed the gift bag had my 4 cats names on it. There was a card laying next to the bag with a stuffed cat animal sitting next to it. I was not expecting something of this nature! I was absolutely speechless, pleasantly bewildered. I headed back down to the front desk to inquire about who had done this. I was told that everyone had come up with the idea. I am so grateful for the kind gesture. Included are pictures of the gift bag and contents. This is, to my memory one of the best experiences I have had staying at a hotel working for ABF Freight these past 6 years. I cant wait for my wife to see this review. After posting the first part, the top paragraph, I said to my wife; Honey, you gotta see the review I left for the Best Western Plus I stayed at in Syracuse.

  Location location location

  When you coming into Syracuse the most important thing to me is how close I am to where I have to work. The second most important thing to me is the staff at the hotel that I am Lodging at. Hands-down the staff at this hotel were fantastic! An added bonus was to take away breakfast, the gym was open, and the rooms were incredibly clean and well stocked for preparing food

  The best

  These guys are the best will go above and beyond. super clean hotel. I would stay here any time and feel safe and comfortable.the hotel is modern and up to date with plenty of lighting out side in the parking lot

  Stayed several times in year 2020

  BWP in Syracuse NY were very friendly, helpful and accommodating several times we've stayed there this past past yr. They were very neat, clean and sanitary. Always willing to do anything they can to help. Atmosphere was warm, homey, friendly and calm. Definitely recommend.
