  Lo mejor de Centenial

  Muy agradable, renovado, con servicios bien equipados. Hay muchas obras en carretera que dificultan el acceso en las inmediaciones. Las camas son grandes pero no hay variedad de almohadas y solo usan sintéticas. El internet es rápido pero se desconecta a menudo.

  pleasantly surprised

  this was a last minute trip and I was very happy with the rate we got and also just the overall experience. nice place with amenities and fantastic rates. also for anyone with food allergies the staff in the kitchen area was helpful and lots of options

  Great location

  Property located near shopping malls and restaurants near I-25 south and Arapaho Road. Very nice hotel with a good breakfast offering. Very clean rooms and hotel had precautions in place for COVID protection.

  Acceptable stay

  The overall stay was acceptable but regular room service is no longer provided so it was necessary to find clean towels at the front desk. In addition, the TV in the dining area was rarely on which used to be on all the time and give a comfortable feeling that the building was actually occupied. However, the WORST problem was that I was trapped in the elevator THREE times during my stay! I would have taken the stairs after the first incident if I did not have a heavy work bag to carry. On two occasions the confinement was brief but a bit unnerving but on the day I left the elevator door would not open for several minutes!! I pressed the floor and open-door buttons, banged on the door and no one came. Several minutes passed and as I was panicking I looked for the hotel phone number to call them. FINALLY, the door opened! On each occasion when I mentioned this issue to the front desk, they were clueless and had no idea if the elevator was being repaired or fixed. The two times I called to speak to the manager I was told the manager was not in. Being trapped in an elevator and no one cares if it is working properly is a deal breaker for me when staying in a hotel.

  Great staff, building just needs a few updates

  Very friendly, knowledge staff. Rooms were large, but beds weren't the most comfortable. Bathrooms need some updating. Breakfast was very good as well. Overall I would very much recommend this hotel. Easy access off interstate and very clean!
