  good enough in services and accomodation good in food good in swimming pool good in gym theres many things is good enough for traveller in bussiness trip and in another time let me think to do again to get in this hotel group

  Excellent

  Great price, near airport, good service, super friendly staff, love it! If you want to stay overnight in Palu to catch the next flight, I would recommend this hotel. Compared to other comepitors, it has a better price among others.

  Pretty nice room

  Quite nice room, near airport, average breakfast menu, i think in overall this hotel has facilities we need during my stay. I think this hotel quite new, seen from the hotel paint and others furniture. Room cleanliness good..

  Great place to stay and very budget friendly.

  This hotel is a great place to stay. There's an outdoor pool and a nice rooftop restaurant which offers a great place to have an evening drink. Staff was very friendly. The breakfast buffet included in the stay offers a great variety of food and pretty good quality. The restaurant staff was very friendly! Spa was also nice, but they didn't speak much English. Hard to book service when we can't understand each other...

  bad check in experience

  already notes on my booking, that i requested single bed, smoking room and early check inn at 8am i came early at 06.40 because my plane was on time, and the distance between airport is very near to the hptel location for my early check in request, i have to pay 50% from the room rate ( its ok) BUT the hotel cant provide me the smoking room and the single bed very disapointing the room was good
