  Beautiful hotel with great staff.

  The hotel was top quality. The breakfast good and a nice variety. The room was well designed and had great seating areas and was well kept. Plenty of parking available. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

  Great Property!

  We have stayed here several times and the staff is so friendly and helpful. The rooms are so clean and well maintained. In COVID times this is the only hotel we have been to that still has a hot breakfast, its not buffet but served individually. They really go out of their way to provide great service!

  Lucky to have found this hotel

  We booked into this hotel when our car broke down in Monticello, MN. While we were not happy about the break-down, we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. They allow dogs, so it was the logical choice for us and our Sheltie. They even provide waste bags for your dog if you ask at the front desk. The hotel had an excellent focus on cleanliness and safety during this Covid-19 outbreak. Our room was lovely. Amenities included an exercise room and a tempting looking indoor pool, which we did not have a chance to try. Coffee is available at the front desk from 6:00am through 11:00am. Breakfast is only available from 6:00am through 8:00am. It is essentially what they would have normally served at their breakfast buffet just served by a friendly employee. It consisted of scrambled eggs, beef sausage, biscuits and gravy, bagels, cereal , muffins, juice, yogurt and fruit, etc. This was by far the best breakfast of any hotel on our 2 week trip. There are lots of places to get a meal within walking distance, - there is even an Aldi and Walmart only about a 10 minute walk away. The thing that impressed us the most was how accommodating the hotel was. They even gave us a late check-out time when our car repair was delayed by a few hours.

  STAYING AT BEST WESTERN PLUS

  This motel was a great place to stay.Had the best rating in the area and that was a big option for me.The front desk employees were fantastic. Did not use the pool or other amenities . They put out a breakfast for the guests but the Best thing ever was the bathroom soap...felt so good and soft and smelled great..so wonderful.

  Nice hotel with a great staff.

  The hotel is clean and well kept. The staff are attentive and seem genuine. We were warmly greeted daily upon entering or leaving the lobby. There is ample parking and the driveways are easily accessible.
