  Hotel que se siente como estar en casa...

  Estuve una noche solamente, pero fue una muy buena impresion, el hotel super limpio, la piscina divina (necesita calentar mas) la habitacion con una cama deliciosa :) a pesar de ser una casa vieja que el piso de madera suena al andar, se siente bien! el desayuno muy completo y todo calientito :D

  Lovely Hotel

  Lovely surprise when we walked through the car park through the inner courtyard to reception. What a lovely hotel. Everything very clean and modern and spacious, including our room. The food we had for dinner was delicious. Perfect location for us to use as a stopover , but we plan to return to use as a base to visit some of the delightful surrounding area and look forward to being able to sit in the courtyard of a summers evening with a glass of wine.

  Excellent service

  Stayed in a twin room, beds very comfortable and shower was the best I have ever had in a hotel. We had slight issue with a broken toilet but the manager was more than helpful and moved us straightaway to a new room when realised it needed a new part. The whole hotel was very clean and all the staff were very helpful and seemed to enjoy being there and talking to the guests. The gentleman on the bar had a amazing knowledge on cocktails and had lots of praise for how good they were. Would definitely be going back again.

  Christmas Day sleepover.

  We booked a room at this Hotel as the Government guidelines quoted Christmas Day only to socialise with family and friends. We would normally stay over at our daughters in Chippenham, but were unable to this Christmas Day as no overnight staying allowed. We booked this Hotel last minute as it was walking distance from our family. We were allowed to check in early(thanks Millie) we were welcomed warmly by the manager Jonathan,who escorted us to our room.our room was very well equipped from toiletries to hostess tray and ironing board and iron should we need it. To compliment these items there was an extra electric heater and a fan. I have never been in a hotel room where everything was so readily available. The beds were very comfortable, with white bed linen. And finally the bathroom there was a big walk in shower, heated towel rail, fluffy white towels and very nice toiletries. We felt very welcomed and very much at home. The following day our breakfast was full English with tea and coffee all made to order. The public areas looked clean and tidy, there was outside seating which would be great in warmer weather. The swimming pool looked fabulous, but we did not have time to use it. So Thank you Jonathan, the chef that cooked our breakfast and our waitress this morning. We would recommend this hotel to friends and family and we look forward to staying there again.

  Great hotel and staff

  What a lovely hotel and amazing friendly staff The hotel is centrally located in Chippenham - the parking is at the back of hotel - you walk past a swimming pool and Fitness room which looked very inviting - through a pretty courtyard into the main reception The staff are very friendly and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble You can get to the Main Street though the front door Plenty of hand gel and everything COvId secure If you are going to Chippenham or the area this is the hotel to use
