  it's a past century

  We stayed in this hotel 5 nights. The choise was done in the relation with the location of the hotel and triple room which not a lot of hotel has. First of all this hotel don't look like 4 stars hotel,and it's not!!! Its good 3 stars and in plus of that very old .Decoration really need to be reviewed.In the corridor just in front of our door a baby cot, with stayed there 5 days(???) We had constantly problems with air conditioned and electricity when 2 phones were charging and hair dryer was on, electricity plugs knocked (electricity panel is right in the room not even hidden ) When we were opening windows in the morning in the bathroom or in the room we had all the smells and noise of the kitchen with was just under our room . During the night the entrance door of the hotel is closed ad you have to ring and wake up the receptionist , all that remind university campus and not 4 stars hotel. The price is actually not that little and comparing to other hotels of the same level even too high !! Today big chain hotels should do more efforts to stay competitive and especially to maintain the status of 4 starts normally such a difficult to obtain .

  Wonderful experience

  We just stayed at the hotel for 5 days whilst we left a beautiful villa we were staying at that was booked for this period.the hotel staff could not have been nicer and more accommodating !!! Perhaps there are more luxurious places to stay in forte, however this hotel was more than Comfortable, but i think it would be hard to find a more wonderful and helpful staff!!

  Good location but.....

  A little tired. 3 night stay. The staff are really attentive and the restaurant is adequate but no pool, no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms which is poor for a 4 star hotel which I would question with facilities which are lacking in comparison to other hotels of the same grade. Good breakfast but coffee out of a machine! You have to change that if nothing else.

  Good value for money

  Nice double room for me alone, nice balcony. Breakfast typicallyItalianbut with egg made to order included. Free Wifi without password. 10 minute stroll into town, 3 minutes to the beach (payable, not exactly cheap). Very nice staff, all in all a pleasant stay. The last one was 30 plus years ago, I will try it again next time, hopefully sooner then2046.

  Another perfect family holiday

  This is now our 18th holiday here...and nothing changes. The location is ideal, the staff cant do enough for you and the food is delicious. There is also a tennis/paddle and fantastic swimming pool club a short walk away, owned by the Raffaeli. Luca has a brilliant set up and it is testimont to the place that many of the staff have been with him for many many years. We have been lucky enough to have family holidays all over Europe and further afield but we keep coming back here for our summer holiday. Molte bene and grazie to Luca and ALL the team!
