  Acogedor...

  Pasamos fin de año en este hotel en familia. Tuvimos dos habitaciones súper cómodas, interconectadas y espaciosas. El desayuno incluido fue muy rico. Todo limpio y la atención excelente. También nos ayudaron para imprimir nuestros pases de abordar. Un lugar super recomendado con una excelente relación calidad/precio.

  Desastre Total

  Creo que es uno de los peoees y mas ibseguro de los hoteles que he estado en los ultimos 7 años que tengo como Travel Nurse. Me ubicaron una noche en una habitacion para handicaps y me diheron que podia parquear en en el parking de handicap. A las 10pm (tenia que despertarme a las 3am) me llamaron a la policia pir parquear sin permiso. Tamvien me cambiarion otra noche de hitel porque los A/C no funcionan. Lo peor que he visto

  Mgr handled issues to our satisfaction

  Mgr handled issues to our satisfaction which were rug and linen issues. She understood and explained her thoughts as to not only what happened but how it would be handled also graciously compensated us for these issues.

  Best Stay Ever

  From the time I called the joy of customer service was bright in helpful the late night clerk had a smile & customer service that make you feel welcome in happy to stay with best western I had way better experience stay at best western then staying at Marriott vacation resort I will be staying more at best western this year

  Best place to stay in Clewiston- Reasonable prices and better service than all the others

  Hi, I travel to CLewiston often. Lately they have a new hotel the Hampton Inn. I tried it out. Nice because it's new, but jeez, customer service??Price??? Not even close to the Value you get at the Best Western of Clewiston. Vivian the GM and her team (special shout out to Mr. Adrian, the newest on her outstanding crew-he got me ketchup at midnight !! LOL) have all been there for a while. Not just Vivian, her tema. Why?? Because they are excellent employees, treated with respect and like their jobs. This shows in all their faces/smiles and the service is outstanding. Breakfast? Off the charts excellent. Hot too even during COVID, but they make it completely safe. Rooms, remodeled, new TV's Bathrooms and they continue.Beds are always extra comfortable!! Just a great place at a reasonable price. Don't over pay or pay less at some of the scary places you will see there. I tried that too. Not safe and dirty rooms and no service. Best Western is by far a safe, affordable, comfortable place to stay with great amenities, great outdoor pool too !!
