  Estadia Confortable!

  Realmente este hotel me sorprendío, Lenin siempre atento a las necesidades de los huéspedes y muy agradable, la piscina preciosa, me encanto que en la habitación no hubiera alfombra! las camas muy confortables, las chicas de la recepción muy simpáticas.

  To Many Excuses

  There is nothing magical about this Hilton Head Hotel. My staff and I travel 5-7 days a week. This was a quick stop over for a local project for our client. We checked in took a nap and off to work. Upon getting off work we woke up the overnight staff 3x's. After chilling on the patio we found breakfast had been put out. We were headed to bed for another nap and moving on to a client in Florida. The sleeping staff member yelled at us and advised that breakfast was served 7am-10am. I tried to explain that we were headed to bed. She was relentless. Sorry we woke her up. At 8:15 am I woke up to a gentleman that had gained access to my room via a key. Reported to front desk. Apparently it was the Houseman. A houseman that does not knock and is carrying a bag of food. Also complained about the breakfast debacle. Once again an excuse. The staff member is old, she is ill. How about she needs to be trained in Customer Service and get some sleep prior to her shift. I stay in Best Westerns all the time. This is the worst. I will look for an alternative when I return in January. Sorry Ocean Breeze you will be missing 10 bookings in a very off season!

  Excellent Friendly and Helpful Staff

  REcommend staying at Best Western Ocean Breeze Inn. Comfortable rooms with a small area with stove, fridge and microwave very pet friendly. Wonderful Staff friendly, asking if we needed anything. Highly Recommend

  terrible customer service

  worst stay ever.my reserved room was not provided which ended up causing personal health hardship. the managers (Lisa) idea of addressing my concerns was to tell me it was my own fault and that I should have called the hotel after making my reservation to make sure they did their job right and had the room type I reserved available.

  It's official. Crappiest motel stay ever.

  I did not expect much from the Hilton Head Ocean Breeze, but my expectations were not met. I booked using points...so it was free...and yet I still had a horrible experience. First off, the place is grimy looking. The front desk person...who turned out to be the GM (Lisa). was the most unpleasant clerk I've encountered to date. Her unfriendly and overly officious demeanor upon check in made me realize within 30 seconds that I didn't like this place. I almost forfeited my loyalty points and walked out. She acted like she was doing me a favor by giving me a kitchenette room. i couldn't have cared less. The room smelled funky and had a de-humidifier blasting when i entered the room. Seriously..it was free...and I almost walked out and paid for another place. Lisa and the Ocean Breeze need not worry...I'll never be back.
