  Friendly staff

  We stayed here under unusual circumstances in February 2019 during a snow storm that had closed the highway. That being said, we got to truly experience the genuine friendliness of the staff. They went above and beyond to provide and care for each of their patrons that evening as we were without heat and power. The rooms were very clean and comfortable as well.

  Totally worth staying Here

  My family stayed there for 1 night and we were treated like royalty by the front checking specialist her name was carson, she went above and beyond the call of duty to make our stay an absolute delight, and she gave us great advice on what to do in the area.

  Website gives false information

  When we made our reservations the website said pool, hot tub and continental breakfast were provided in price. As it turned out that wasn't true. Pool & hot tub closed, the breakfast was a nothing as expected. The room looked like it needed a renovation and our room phone didn't even work.

  WTF Current Owners??

  Owners havent fixed the AC in Room 219 & may not fix it to save a few bucks. We have stayed at this hotel many times on trips, & went out of our way to stay here this trip. It was a 106 degree day & we had been camping off motorcycles the past several nights & were looking forward to some air conditioning. However, we soon found out the AC wasnt working & there were no rooms to move us to. It was a miserable night sweltering. I will say the local staff did their best to remedy the situation & the manager Christina took care of us. However, it is obvious the owners are making things difficult for the local staff. There is a standard people expect from a national chain like BW that the owners need to adhere to.

  Awesome value

  Pretty much everything you need. Very simple motel, but extremely clean, comfortable bed, everything in working order, you pretty much have everything you need and the price is better than most Air BnBs. Other than some noisy idiots, which can happen anywhere, and that was brief, I have NO complaints whatsoever.
