  Great place to stay. The staff was courteous and helpful. The place has many amenities, including, a pool. Also, the room was very clean. The parking area was well lighted. We felt very secure. Clearly, this chain of hotels will be my choice for future travels.

  Great roadside hotel

  New building - furniture is modern. Friendly personnel. Indoor pool - warm and relaxing(it is square shaped!!). Bed was very comfortable. TV was good - not sure if if was HD or not. Breakfast was very good. Some fast food restaurants at the exit - did not see much more than that. I usually stay in Joplin when I am in the area - this is a good alternative!

  Little retreat

  Best Western is probably one of the best hotels to stay at ever. The service is great and employee's was very nice in this trying times. They all were wearing their mash like they was suppose too and I would recommended this hotel to all.

  Great accommodations.

  Bed was very comfortable and linens nice and soft. Room perfectly clean and in order. Staff friendly and helpful. The guest laundry was a great surprise and much needed. The location was quiet. I was very pleased with my stay there.

  Just okay

  This hotel was okay. We slept well and it was quiet, the pillows were great, but it was not super clean. Because Covid is going on right now, I really want things to feel extra clean before I can feel completely comfortable traveling and this wasnt even standard clean. The floors in the lobby and elevator were not cleaned during the four day trip we were there. It was visible. Theres as a very strong trash smell in the whole downstairs and was also what looked like someone had sneezed on the inside of the elevator door and it remained the whole trip we were there. I went and worked out in the gym and there was no sanitation wipes to clean the machines before and after my workout. I picked this hotel because it had a gym and it did the trick, but I wouldnt stay here again.
