  Very nice central hotel but you need a cab ride to centre of town or you can walk to places closer to the hotel would recommend this for anyone to go to whether it be business or pleasure very clean and the staff are extremely helpful and accomodating on arrival and throughout your stay.

  The room is clean and big enough. The bathroom is very good and clean, and the wifi access is exqusive.The lighting could be a little more than it has but in general terms is good enough. I would like also to have a bigger Gym...

  Not up to American 4 Star Standards

  I visited the Best Western in Offenbach, Germany for a business trip with several other colleagues. Not sure where to start. We were told the hotel had air conditioning, well, that is true for a limited number of rooms. I unfortunately did not get a room with air conditioning. The temperatures soared during my visit to 88 degrees. There was a small fan in the room and a window that faced a construction site and didnt have a screen. Construction began each morning at 6:00 am. Parking was 11 euros per day and you had to park in an active construction zone of an adjacent building and it was gravel, not even paved for 11 Euros per day. Breakfast was available for 19 Euros. Seriously, 19 Euros. I asked if I could get a la carte since I am not a big eater and they said that was not an option. The room was clean and the staff was pleasant. It is just extremely overpriced for what you get and NOT up to the American standards of a 4 star hotel. I have traveled around Europe extensively and was extremely disappointed in this property. It does have potential if they could pull the weeds around the outside of the hotel, secure decent parking and also offer a more reasonably priced breakfast selection. They have a lovely workout facility, but having the door open to the construction site next door and no air conditioning running in the sweltering heat left an otherwise asset of the hotel virtually unusable unless you started running at 5:30 am, which I was forced to do.

  Unhelpful staff - Awful hotel.

  Stayed here for work in November 2019. Very basic hotel - most definitely not 4 star standard. Friend traveled with me and stayed at hotel and was REFUSED any food by reception and restaurant staff as they had 2 group bookings and couldnt cope with a meal for one other person!!! Wasn't even accommodated with sandwich or soup to eat in room. Was told as they were soooo busy they had canceleld room service !!! This friend was elderly and hadn't eaten since breakfast. Was offered a table at 8. 30 pm that night. Disgraceful way to treat paying customers. Would never stay here again. Overpriced breakfast. Overpriced everything! Three twenty storey tower blocks being built right behind it. Noise starts at 6 am. If you step outside you literally have to shout at the person beside you to be heard. Terrible Terrible Terrible. Staff couldn't say how much it was for a taxi to anywhere - totally unhelpful. Do not stay here. My first time in Frankfurt and it left a very bitter taste in m mouth. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

  Generous and helpful staff

  This hotel managed well an online reservation issue which otherwise could have cause me serious upset. I wish other hotels would practice the generous and diplomatic handling of a mistake. There is a temporary issue related to major construction (ok at night time). The space at the front could be tidied-up
