  Solo que mejoren el desayuno y las paredes se escucha a los vecinos, en el desayono quede con el estomago irritado no acostrumbro comer muy irritante pero la atencion del personal es excelente su disponibilidad es excepcional para con sus huespedes

  Disappointed with the general manager- you could send the money back. It's called a refund ...

  We went canoeing. We tipped due to a log under the water . Lost all of our money , wallets shoes towels oh yeah KEYS TO THE CAR in the river. We couldn't open the car. Keys in ohio.We couldn't even get a cab taxi Uber Lyft. We even called to ask for a shuttle. Best Western doesn't do that. We couldn't make our reservation. We only had towels 2 pairs of shoes. Once again we had nothing. The lady today hung up on me and the other lady who called. That's not really a nice person. Customers are always right. She was mean. Rude. We called mutlipeoole. They all said they needed best Western to refund money. I even asked for her boss. That was a joke. I will never stay at a best Western again. Holiday inn for now on. Rodeway inn.

  Love this hotel love the rooms they are very nice and very clean and spacious home feeling Always very friendly staff and do their job very well we come alone and we bring our 2 dogs with us some times

  We'd do it again

  The check-in and check-out were fast and efficient, the room was clean and comfortable, and the climate controls worked well. If I had to nitpick or make suggestions, I have three: 1. There was no elevator. No, this isn't catastrophic and I could definitely use the exercise. It just seemed odd. 2. The exhaust vent in the bathroom was loud and rattled. This was the only infrastructure problem we noted. 3. To modernize a little bit I would suggest having some USB-A and (for future protection) USB-C chargers in the room. Overall it was a great stay and both my partner and I had the best sleep we've had ever. Super comfy pillows.

  Beware Bed Bugs!

  We planned to stay here 4 nights but checked out after 3 when we found bed bugs in the room. I was bitten multiple times and developed red itchy spots that turned into blisters. As it took a day or so for the bites to develop we did not realize at first that the room was infested. By the 3rd night I suspected the bites were from bed bugs and stayed up late watching TV in bed. I kept checking the bed and eventually they appeared and I was able to kill 4 of them. At this point it was the middle of the night and we had nowhere to go so I slept fully clothed on the sofa and we checked out first thing in the morning. All the staff could say was that they would make a note of it and that they couldn't do anything else as the manager was not working that day.
