  an excellent hotel

  spent 4 nights here and really enjoyed it. The service was first class. Room very clean and comfortable and their Hungry Horse restaurant was very good with excellent service. would highly recommend it

  Good food

  Lovely food and lovely staff! Jess H bought our food out and she was so helpful! got us extra sauces when we asked for them and the kitchen altered our order when we were being awkward! Will definitely be back!

  On the hop visit

  We visited this establishment on a Monday few weeks ago the staff were very helpful friendly But we found this establishment a little bit shabby since our last visit and the seats were very unclean where we were sat and covered in food and food stains I am happy to say the meals we got were not too bad and hot plenty of it thankfully You just need to get your seats deep cleaned would help with keeping safe

  Great service from Jess L, she was really helpful and friendly. She was extremely helpful with anything we asked of her, nothing was too much trouble COVID measures were fantastic throughout the visit.

  Staff are exceptional

  We are here now room 30, I have to say the staff here are absolutely exceptional, we ordered drinks to our room last night and it took 4 minutes to be delivered! We ate a meal in the restaurant last night (was excellent) and breakfast this morning, also very good! Probably one of the best Vegetarian breakfasts Ive had, and very good value, again nothing was too much trouble. This evening we ordered room service and the young lady I spoke to when I got confused about where to put voucher for 20% off food (as staying in the hotel) offered to come and help me if I couldnt do it, how lovely is that! The room is a little tired in places but the bed is comfortable and the shower is wonderful, its a great location for Alton Towers and we wouldnt hesitate to stay here again, massive well done again to all the staff you really do deserve credit because youre all brilliant
