  La estancia en el hotel ha sido perfecta, todo el personal es perfecto, te acogen y te hacen sentir como en tu casa. Si tienes cualquier problema te lo resuelven al momento. Los recepcionistas te ayudan en todo lo posible, como por ejemplo Mr. Saber, él cual nos dió a conocer sitios para hacer nuestra estancia más agradable.

  A Best Western like a hostel - not recommended

  Its not like other BW hotels but rather a dingy motel outside of a city. Location: on a busy street near to a cinema and in opposite of a noisy pub. Parking lot: there is no parking available for the hotel and because its a busy street you dont have a chance to park there. So, you either park far away on the street or you take the Parkhouse on the other street for about 12. Check in: its OK except there were a group of foreign tourists in the lobby gathering around the free tee table and speaking disturbingly loudly. Room: seemed to be clean enough, but there was moldy smell, the door didnt close automatically. The bed was OK. The bathroom was also OK except the shower door didnt work properly. Wi-Fi: worked well for me. Sleeping quality: very bad. Is already wondering why they place 2 set of earplugs on the bedroom commode, but late night I learned it. The pub in opposite of the hotel closed around 2am and the noise level rocketed. I woke up at least 3 times. Breakfast (worst part): its like a hostel. There is an elderly lady who tried to serve in street clothes, but she rather looked like part time cleaning woman. Coffee machine was not working. They didnt bother to put extra plate for the fork with which you took out the salmon or ham, they simply placed it on the food! Whoever served himself something, took the same fork from the food, used it and put it back on top of the food. Very hygienic solution. They didnt use dishwasher, the cleaning lady manually washed the use table ware and brought it back to the basked in hand. Check out was not easy, 2 times asked for changing the bill. All in all, I had a very poor impression of this hotel and clearly, I DO NOT recommend it.

  Reasonable choice for business trip

  Since the period Ive visited was the Hannove Messe exhibition event, the price for the stay was out of bound of this review. The room was clean and tidy and the all crew members are nice and kind. I could find a couple of restaurants for casual meals around the hotel and there is a mart within 15 min walking distance I could buy soft drinks and water. The breakfast was just good enough. Only problem was there is a bar in front of the hotel which is believed to be open all night(of course it could be a big advantage for someone) and some of the guests made noise.

  Hot...

  Booked here as the usual hotels were busy. All the rooms are face a road with a bar directly opposite, there is no air con in the rooms, on sunny days the sun is directly into the room - so on hot days you can have the choice if noisy and hot or hot and noisy, on the first night the noise opposite went on till 3am! On a positive, the staff are friendly and breakfast is ok. NOTE to Best Western - fit air con to the rooms and the street noise can be reduced by closing windows.

  A decent stay for a decent price

  We found here what we were expecting from a 3 star hotel. Clean and simple. Complementary tea/coffee both in the room and in the lobby. Good bedding, but terrible sleep: there is a bar- Bar/Racuda right opposite and 2 clubs- Cube and Fame next to it, so we were quick to understand why the ear plugs on the night table... The problem is that the windows are not the right quality, so they can't provide a minimum of sound insulation. This cannot be avoided, since all the rooms face Nicolaistrasse, where the three noise sources are, and I don't mean 10 pm, but 2-3 a.m.! Otherwise, the reception staff are friendly and procedures go fast. The metro station is not far away, in case one needs it, but Hannover is quite manageable on foot.
