  basic and expensive

  At check in they couldn't find booking but after a while realised they had spelt name wrong. The room was small and we were given an accessible room on ground floor not ideal as didn't request this.It was very noisy with guests coming in after 11 pm banging doors and shouting, could hear toilets flushing and running water.The bathroom smelt damp, no shower curtain. Room hot felt unclean as damp smell was radiating into room from bathroom. Breakfast expensive for what was on offer, tinned fruit on a help yourself buffet. this hotel ok for a sort notice overnight but no longer. Do not be fooled by the photos shown most of these are the suites

  Ideal Place to Lay you Head

  This is a small budget style property. It is a great option if visiting the area and only a short distance from Stratford-upon-Avon & the NEC. Functional rooms, clean comfortable and a pub in walking distance. Not luxury but ideal for one or two nights.

  the rooms hadnt even been re made

  Stayed one night for work, and the job we were on was over running so we booked a second night at around 4pm, got to the hotel at about 11pm checked back in and got given the same room went up and it hadnt been touched, the coffee hadnt been replaced or the mug I used was still there and we actually got charged more then the first night, didnt get a chance to complain in person as we were in a rush to leave at 6am this morning, really disappointed in the lack of effort shown.

  Valentines break

  Me and my partner stayed here last night, beautiful clean room , lovely surroundings, friendly staff, and breakfast was delicious, a hidden gem, why is this such a secret place? A must go for everyone to relax , will be definitely back, thanks for a wonderful stay, Lisa and sam

  Valentines

  Stayed on a Saturday night for Valentines. Very quiet so we were upgraded free to a suite, very clean room with really comfortable bed. 100% will stay again, such a reasonable price. Gutted we couldnt stay for breakfast, from the other reviews its sounds like its amazing!
