    Alejado del área comercial y bajo nivel de satisfacción

    El desayuno es verdaderamente malo y el área de comedor es reducida. La señal de TV y la selección de canales es mala. Está alejado de cualquier área de restaurantes y zona comercial. El internet es lento. El personal es amable.

    My rooms was spotless. The front desk was junkie. I don't understand why they have vending machines that don't work. But overall this is a excellent choice of hotel to stay at. I will stay here again.

    Refused to refund money taken 'AFTER" cancelled reservation

    I had to cancel my travel due to the Covid-19 problem and the mayor of Chicago banned travelers from Florida. My wife has been calling the hotel on a regular basis and we are repeatedly told that management isn't at the property. I believe they are intentionally disregarding our attempts at communication. I'm in process of contacting Best Western corporate and my banking institution to file complaints.

    I needed to call the police for service.

    Let me summarize. Uber dropped me off from the airport at this hotel. I go in, two lazy, rude receptionists were sitting at the lounge area consumed in their own personal conversation and phones, barely looked at me to tell me that there was no power, and that I needed to find another place to go. It didnt matter taht I had reservations and that I got no advanced notice. But that is not the issue. The issue is that they refused to do anything to help me find another place or get to another hotel. I explained to them I am new in the country and did not yet have internet coverage in that area to do my own search or get Uber. I asked if they could at the very least give me a phone number to a cab service that I can call. NO! These two receptionists refused to even give me a phone number to a cab for me to call. Hard to believe but absolutely true. And in a very rude and uncompassionate way I may add. Hospitality is the furthest place these staffers should be working. I was stuck. So what did I do..I needed to call the cops to get a number to a cab service to pick me up. Thankfully I had talk service on my phone, otherwise I would have been really stuck, unable to call the cops or a cab. AWFUL, AWFUL STAFF. Very, very rude and unhelpful. I called the Best Western corporate office to complain, although I couldnt give them the names of those staffers because when I asked for their names so I can complain about them they refused to give me their names, and then proceeded to call the cops ON ME claimning that II was herring them. UNBELIEVABLE.

    NEVER ENDING NIGHTMARE PART 1

    Hotel smelled like cigarette smoke when we walked in. At night, my son and I were sleep and a man walked into our room!! He was staring at my son. Found out that the front desk person somehow gave keycard access to the men next door. On the phone, The person at the front desk nastily said, "Ill take care of it". I jumped out of bed to see where the man went...he walked down the hall with his pants sagging saying, "I'm high as H***" and went into the room next door. The men next door then started slamming the door hard, loudly playing music, and smoking weed. The smoke came into our room and the hallway. I had to leave in the middle of the night with my son about 12:30am to find safe lounging. We are terrified and i never got a call from the manager.THEN, to my surprise, the hotel charged my credit card $250 and said we broke the TV. I'm pretty sure it was the man next door that I reported to the front desk since he obviously had access to my room. Never even got an apology AND they STOLE my $250 instead of doing a proper investiation.. UNREAL!!!
