  Dirty

  I stayed here recently on a business trip to Xian. Its one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. Everything about it is dirty. The worst thing is that 10 minutes after I was in my filthy room I got a call from a very sweet female ( inside the hotel), asking if I wanted a massage. I speak Chinese so I asked her what kind of massage ? and she answered "anything you want". I guess she was tipped by reception to call me. I know this kind of business in China is illegal. Then I started to look closely at the hotel.... the carpet is very dirty , the bathroom smelled of human waste from the drains, in the restaurant the table clothes were stained and my glass had not been polished. The reception welcome was very cold and my good bye was the same. As I was really angry I am writing this to complain and warn other traveler, do not stay here.

  Clean, warm at night

  Centrally located downtown, walking distance to shops, bell towers, underground, Muslim restaurants (excellent dumplings), Starbucks, shopping mall. It took some explaining, but they allowed us to borrow a sheet to take to a park for a picnic. Unfortunately, we weren't allowed to sit on the grass. No signs posted but a policeman told us to sit on a concrete bench. LOL. Very clean, simple, looks American, except they shut-off the air-conditioning around 2 AM so room becomes humid.

  Really not again.......................

  Its Apt. Hotel, good for business travelers not for leisure travelers. We group of 17 stayed for 02N, In this hotels they dont allow to take coach infront of the hotel entrance, they stopped the bus on the road & its very difficult to drag the whole luggage to the lobby from the road, bellboy service is not available after 10pm. They dont have any room service between 10pm to 7am, the day when we checked in the rooms, in 1 room toilet flush was not working so we called reception but they said we dont have room service after 10pm so our person will come tomorrow after 7am to repair the flushhow anyone can survive whole night without using toilet..? then I argued with reception staff & forced them to changed the room. Also hotel lobby was very small, people were smoking in the lobby, talking & laughing very loudly very ill mannered atmosphere.

  I`ll never book this hotel

  Its far from city center (Bell tower). From bell tower to hotel bus no.35 will take 30-40 min. Not really clean. Reception was not speaking english. No fridge in room. This location is on new developing street i think soon it will be good location.

  Great hotel

  This is a really nice hotel with good sized, clean, well appointed rooms. The bed was comfortable, the wifi great and the ac not to noisy. There are plenty of good restaurants and shops nearby. Breakfast was very good and I would stay here again.
