  Buen descanso, mejorable desayuno

  Ubicación excelente en pleno centro de Kaunas, a dos pasos de una d ellas calles principales con más movimiento de Kaunas (Laisvès). El trato por parte del personal muy bueno. La habitación muy cómoda. Lo que sí veo mejorable es el desayuno tipo buffet, aunque el café estaba muy rico no había tostadora y la variedad podría ser mayor.

  Worst Baltic

  This is the worst 4 star hotel I have ever stayed in. I stayed for 6 nights and believe me, if you book this hotel you will have a horrible experience. This is a very old, outdated and dirty hotel. Except for one women in the front desk, the staff in general are ice-cold and not helpful. The day I arrived the room was really hot, and the air conditioning was not working. The maintenance staff came and admitted that in my and two adjacent rooms the air conditioning had not been working for a while. When I requested a change of room, I was told that the hotel was full and that they will see if it would be possible to move me the next day. So I had to stay in this room the first night, and I could barely sleep because of the high temperature of the room. The next day I was moved to another room, but the air conditioning was barely working. On top of that the new room had this really humid odor, that stayed in it for the rest of the week. The cleaning lady does a horrible job, and you never feel that the room has been cleaned. They just straighten up the covers, and dont even place the pillows correctly. I was all the time with the sensation that everything in the room was dirty. The only reason I stayed in this hotel is that it was at close distant to the venue of a meeting I was attending, and all other hotels in the area were booked for at least one of the nights I was going to be in Kaunas. Believe me, dont book this hotel. You will regret it!!

  Good place to overnight if you travel by motorcycle

  Overall OK 4* hotel comfortable room (despite view to the abandoned new building), good breakfast, close to the city centre. But the biggest plus of the hotel is free monitored parking in the back yard.

  Great location

  Perfect location to attend events in the Zalgris arena Nice polite staff very helpful Rooms large and clean Breakfast was poor but we got a great rate so not complaining just not 4 star thats all Also good location to walk to Main Street and old town Good parking Would return

  Spa is not cheap

  I have never stayed in the hotel where you needed to pay for the spa! We have specifically booked this hotel and paid a little bit of a higher price assuming the spa is included, but we were informed that spa is 14 per person and only free for a couple of hours in the morning (we are only here for one night and were hoping to use the spa in the evening after the long drive). When we looked at the website prior to booking, did not notice this information, but they so mention it somewhere at the bottom where most people do not read. Not ethical at all. You should make it more clear.
