You get what you pay for - so, I recommend you pay a little more!I absolutely accept this hotel is very cheaply priced and the standard reflects this BUT I still would recommend you think twice before booking. Room - the overall look is unfinished, old and unwelcoming. There is air con but after 3 days it constantly dripped water all over the fridge and electric sockets that sat under it. Shower was functional but lacked power. The balcony would have been nice - the view of the mountains was lovely - but there were no chairs provided for sitting on! There is a fridge but it's empty. Not even a bottle of water provided on arrival. Food - very basic and repetitive. I would say the food was poor but in all honesty I expected this in view of the price. Food was breakfast, lunch and dinner - there were no snacks or ice creams provided. Drinks - were terrible. Really felt cheated by the drinks. My first vodka and lemonade tasted like water - I asked for a single shot of vodka, tasted it and it still tasted like water!! The beer was ok - but quite frequently they ran out and you often had to wait hours for the barrel to be changed. Most guests were buying their own alcohol and drinking it - the hotel seemed more than happy with this - I guess it was saving them money!!! You could not get bottles of water - there was a single water cooler that you could take by the glass. Staff - most were friendly. On the first night one asked if he could make a reservation for us at the local nightclub. We said yes and paid him 50TL. We were taken to the club (a 10 min walk) and it was very good and as described, however it was free to enter. When we challenged him on this the next day he said we paid to be shown to a table! There were hundreds of free tables!! I was most disappointed as we were one of his guests and I felt he exploited us. Unsurprisingly he never asked us again!! Beach - you were given access to a shared beach which was a 10 minute walk away. Beds looked filthy and my boyfriend and I could not lie on them. The beach is a pebble beach. Towels - only provided for your room. Beach/ pool towels are not provided. Overall - I recommend you pay a little more to stay 4 star or you will be disappointed!

Shocking, terrible Hotel...Please stay else where! We went from the 16 Sept through to the 24th Sept and paid for allinclusive... Ok....I arrived at the hotel at 02.30am Saturday morning dying for my bed after a 4 hour flight and a 2 hour tranfer only to be told by the receptionist (who couldn't speak a word of English) that there was a problem with my room and for me to go next door to Ferona Hills till 1pm and come back tomorrow. I point blank refused. Luckily, the same thing had happened to a Turkish man who was on holiday ( He had a room in the cellar!!) and had very good English so was translating for me to the receptionist who said he called his manager and the manager said "if she doesn't like it, she can go somewhere else" Incredible. The receptionist was then smirking and laughing at me with his friend and I flipped! I dropped my baggage and sat in the reception chairs and refused to move. I saw 2 couples exiting rooms so I asked for me to have one of their rooms and the receptionist said yes but at 8am the following morning which again I refused. I enquiried why he couldn't clean it and again was laughed at. After a stand off of an hour, he went and cleaned the room and at 04.00am, I had my room. The room was basic but cleanish. The beds hadn't been pulled out and the shower in the bathroom wasn't the best cleaning wise but it was only a place for me to put my head down. Bewarned though, I didn't take a hairdryer as the brochure said there was one in the room and yes there is but I complained for the full 7 days I was there as it didn't work and apparently they know it doesn't work but don't have money to buy another one...so please take your own hairdryer. I agree with the other reviewer about the air con, my boyfriends bed (as they put us in a twin room despite me asking for a double) was soaking as the air con was dripping. We went down for breakfast and this was the first and last time we did. There was hard boiled eggs, cold chips and then slices of cheese and ham. About 5 bowls of some sort of jam and honey and bread. All of it was covered in files as the resturante was outside and the chef didn't seem bothered about shooshing them away. We didn't go for breakfast again and it didn't seem to improve as the other English couples we spoke with said it was awful. As the morning went on, it became obvious the hotel is soley for Russians. They cater for Russians, the lanuage is the Turks second lanuage and the music they play around the pool is Russian and the signs around the pool are in Russian too. Unless your a 18 year old Russian who is skinny, the waiters don't want to know you. We went allinclusive so sampled the drinks and even the drinks were gross. All soft drinks weren't branded drinks, they were flat and warm. No bottled water is available only from a water tank by the pool. The juice machine is lovely but never works. For the final 3 days of my holiday, no juice came out of it and the management didn't offer any reasons to why or any solutions or apologies. They constantly run out of soft drinks and for 1 day we had no cola or lemonade. The following day we had no orange and again according to management this "is normal for the Berkay". They almost ran out of beer one afternoon until my boyfriend told them to change the barrel which they bothered to do. I sampled the Raki which is an accuired taste but I even drank them dry of it one night and the answer was "its finished no more" I did ask for them to go and get some more though which the barman - the bald headed one and the only friendly memeber of staff there - did. I wouldn't mind the drinks being horrible but I paid for allinclusive..... The dinner meal is cold and repetitve. All salad stuff and about 2 trays of meat which the chef says how much you can have and these are repeated from chicken legs to fish every other night. Evening meal is pretty much the same - all cold and repetitive. The chef was wondering around one night asking people how the food was and we asked why it was so cold and he said "my friend no problems tomorrow night" and well 5 nights on it was still cold and still the same. Even the cat turned it's nose up at the food....! We ate out a couple of nights and mornings and spent money on food we didn't budget for. We didn't eat properly for 5 days and both me and my boyfriend had upset stomachs and 3 days after leaving the hotel we still do. Other British, Belgium and dutch couples all agreed the food was terrible. The waiter told my boyfriend at lunch to put a tshirt on which he respected but when he asked what about the files all over the food, his question was met with no response. I asked to speak with the manager to which her response was "what is your problem" and I went through everything from the dirt under the beds to the hairdyer that doesn't work through to the cold same food with files all over it, the drinks running out and the incredibly rude staff - they had no response and as soon as I left the office they started laughing at me and this is how I felt all holiday about the staff, that they were laughing at me. Turkey is one of my favourite countries and Kemer is a lovely resort but I would never return to this hotel ever. The staff are the rudest staff I have ever encountered in Turkey. The only good thing about the hotel is the location. It is about a 10-15 minute walk to Kemer which is lovely - full of shops, bars and resturantes. There are some lovely places to eat around the Marina. Words cannot describe how terrible this hotel is please book somewhere else.

You get what you pay for!Over all this hotel is set in a good location as its only around a 15 minute walk to the local beach (but is a pebble beach) and about 15 minutes into the centre of Kemer. Although the food is repetitive and could have a lot more range or choice. The staff at the hotel are very helpful and are willing to have a conversation with you. The rooms are very basic and a little small but as I said you get what you pay for. The shower is powerful and pretty big. The balcony is facing onto a great view of all the mountains. Although the maid of the hotel is very rude and ignorant and doesn't even bother to speak, knocks the door walks in does her bit and slams the door behind her and when you see them down around the hotel they don't smile or anything or make you feel welcome I would come back and stay at this hotel but I think I would pay a little extra and go to a 4 or 5*
