  lejos del centro!

  el hotel estaba bien en precio y las personas super amables pero era muy lejos del centro. 25 minutos en taxi hasta el centro. a las 10pm cierra la recepción y tienes que entrar al hotel con la llave de tu cuarto.

  Yet again this family run Hotel was very good. Great breakfast buffet.Evening meals have a good choice and you can get what you what at a fair price. ur friends also came to visit from the Tyrol and enjoyed it here.

  3 stars at a 3 stars hotel.

  The best is the location, just across the street of the bus station and near Schonbrunn palace. Thats why I gave the 3 stars, for the location... The room was midle size, not too clean, a strange long and comunist bathroom, we had to tell them that the toilet closet was broken to exchange it... but for me it was very creepy because we could see from the window the cemetery across the street and couldn't sleep that well.

  3 stars but a great staff

  We arrived to the hotel too early to check in, but the staff was able to hold our bags so we could walk around the city. The hotel sits about 15 minutes from the Schönbrunn Zoo and Palace; if you have small kids, the zoo is a must see! The room was clean and a crib was provided for us, which was a great help. The pillows for the bed were very flat, which I think it just a European thing. The bathroom and adjoining room didn't have additional outlets near mirrors, so if you need to curl or straighten your hair, you'll have to bring your own mirror or use a phone. The restaurant was a little pricey compared to other places for dinner, but I think the breakfast buffet was the same as other places like Aida Cafe. The food was delicious, but for the same price in town you could get more food. Dessert (Kaiserschmarrn) and breakfast was delicious, filled with lots of Austrian specialties. The staff was great, very friendly and accommodating. The hotel's location is great, right near a public bus stop and easy for Ubers to find. If you're a family traveling on a budget and want a good hotel with wonderful staff and an easy location, Hotel Bergwirt Schönbrunn is the hotel for you!

  Great Service

  We enjoyed our two night stay at the Hotel. The restaurant was amazing and the service by the staff was good as well. I think the staff are a little over worked as they seem flustered at times running the hotel and the restaurant.
