  Superb Hotel

  First class hotel friendly staff fantastic food and superb facilities. We have looked at other hotels but always end up back here as we know we will enjoy every aspect of our stay. conveniently located for the ski bus as well.

  Excellent relaxed stay

  With a beautifull view on the mountains this is a great place to stay. Clean, great wellness area, super breakfast and 5-Course dinner, very friendly staff! We loved Austria and our hotel so much!! The Wilde Wasser Weg hike was our favorite!

  Best experience ever

  Everything was perfect: - staff nice, helpful and professional - room beautiful with enough space - five course dinner with multiple menus - great afternoon snak bridging breakfast and dinner (almost like an allonclusive hotel) - amazing beautiful spa with everything - free ebike for a day - free stubai card that provides free or discounted access to local som stuff in the valley (like cable car to the peak or aquapark) ...and many other small goodies, like a basket to carry the extra towels and bathrobes to the spa

  Amazing walking trip!

  We spent a week here in September and went on many hikes in the area. Both pools were so lovely and the relaxation areas were perfect to read and snuggle in - perfect for when you come back tired from your adventures! Our room was spacious and had everything we needed. The atmosphere in the hotel was very calm and comfortable, it never felt busy and we felt like we could be in our own private bubble (though it was fun to recognise other guests on the mountains). We loved having the super card for the buses and cable cars (there's even one going up that is walking distance from the hotel). I know I always search for 'gluten' in reviews to check if others had good experiences so I just want to say: as a celiac, I have never had a better gluten free experience in a hotel. There were quite some options at breakfast and some at the afternoon snacks, but it was in the dinners that I feel like this hotel went above and beyond. Every dish was automatically adjusted if it contained gluten and I never felt like I was missing out. It was so wonderful to not have to worry or even think about it once, all staff knew that our table had one gluten free person and that it was me. Not only that, but the food was delicious and it was always fun to choose a menu in the morning knowing that all of them would be super good. In general, most places in the area are pretty good about indicating which allergens are in their dishes and I was happy to be able to eat at some of the huts as well. In terms of COVID: During our time there the hotel took many preparations to make sure we could enjoy ourselves while staying safe and we felt very comfortable because of these precautions. Once it is safer again and lockdown measures can be lifted, I would trust this hotel to take care of its guests. We'd love to be back in better times.
